It's funny what a little bit of drinking does to you. Either you laugh at nothing or you laugh because it's funny. I lay between the two dynamos that was making fun all the way causing laughter to fill the whole room. I wish it could be like this every day.
"Oh, my God! I got a crack in my courtyard. I gotta go fix it." I finally snapped out of it. Well, not that I want to go, but I have to. I stood up but got grabbed arpund the body by Tanya.
"Hey, listen, Donna? Donna." Tanya tried to stop me. If I had the strength, I'd run away but she pulled me back making me end back where I was. "I'm serious. Move. Sit down!"
"She won't let me go!" I giggled and lay back in anyway to listen to Cleopatra.
"I know... I know you're going to make a fortune with web's..." Tanya said and gave a giggle at these complicated words that basically runs around with more than one definition. " 'With web's...' "
"With Sky's site." I giggled to correct my crazy old friend.
"I know you're gonna make a fortune with Sky's website, but..." Tanya started taking this matter a bit serious struggling to stop smiling.
"It's good." I assured her.
"Are you gonna be okay until then?" Tanya finally had finished her sentences. I give he an odd look then back at Rosie.
"I think Tanya is offering to pawn her bling." Rosie muttered as I looked a bit confused but then got with what this topic was again.
"No, seriously, Donna... Do you need a loan?" Tanya asked the main question of the topic.
"No, sweet. Oh, God, I'm just whining, you know me. I don't need to be taken care of." I replied with a giggle fixing the clip behind my hair that held it out of my face.
"Yeah, but are you being taken care of?" Tanya asked. She and all her questions just doesn't know where to end. Well, this is the Tanya we know. Always with the questions like 'Can I really marry this guy?' Or 'Have you met my new husband?"
"What do you mean?" I asked with a chuckle.
"Are you getting any?" Tanya asked raising an eyebrow as the quiet almost took place.
"Oh, you mean..." I can be soft of a really fun person and has a way of making everyone laugh, even if it's to play with the drill which I did now but let it down again immediately. "Down, boy, down, boy."
Did I mean it dirty? Of course. Well, Cleopatra didn't saw that coming, did she
"No, it takes too much energy." I told her in a little rush. Well, it does take much energy but sure can be pleasant. It doesn't bother me at all. Look where I ended up. A single mom that drinks a lot sometimes but never gets THAT drunk to take another man to bed.
"Yeah. Just more plumbing to be maintained, isn't it?" Rosie giggled.
"Yeah. Oh, God, I'm so glad that whole part of my life is over. You know, seriously. I do not miss it at all." I smiled sitting forward taking my glass. I clear my throat before drinking up the liquid. Honestly, I just wanted to clear away the lump. I mean, how hard can that be?
