Things really changed around after the whole incident with Dainu and the military. It seems that everybody that was a witness of that conflict is now a friend to Dainu. Every time Dainu walks down the street or in the hallways of school, everyone would cheer, clap, and greet him in person. Dainu was very humble not to show himself off, and kindly smiles and waves at everybody like they were his groupies or companions.
In school, we had an assembly on Friday and Principal Connolly invited Dainu onto the stage to talk about the battle he had with the military and how it affected him. He reminded us to not hate, or seek revenge at the people, who threaten us and to try and seek forgiveness. I noticed some people in the audiences started to weep a little because they were deeply moved by Dainu's speech. After the speech, we unexpectedly had a DJ at our school and he jammed up the multi-purpose room with blasting, jamming music. We all got up and started to dance like we were at a concert. Dainu and a couple of other boys got in the middle of the dance floor and showed off their freestyle break-dancing moves. Of course, Dainu outwitted them with his unique new never-before-seen break-dancing moves and everyone went exotically crazy as soon as he danced his way to his finale.
I bet you're wondering what happened to the General and his military soldiers, and that government-idiot Dean? Good question. I heard that Dean was fired from his job because of blackmailing, harassment, and for abusive behavior towards me and Dainu. That was perfect; now I will never see that scumbag idiot again. The General gave pardon to Dainu and is negotiating things with the Congress about equal rights with other beings like Dainu from the outside universe. I hope that will go well.
Dainu still lives in Kyle's place since he had an extra room for him to sleep in, but most of the time, Dainu likes to stay over at my place to chat and help me with calculus if I needed. And I needed all the help I could get. Old Man Handy gave Dainu and me a gift for our bravery for saving the town from chaos and war. They were imprinted, short-sleeves T-shirts: I got a blue shirt that said "I ♥ Aliens!" and Dainu got a black shirt that said "I ♥ Earth!" I thought it was really corny, but I accepted it just to be nice.
Because of our bravery, Dainu and I were posted in the community newspaper and in the newsletter in our school. I felt so famous like I was Rosa Parks and Dainu was Martin Luther King. I kept both of them in a safe place in my room, so I can treasure them forever. If dad was still alive, he would've been very proud of me.
Many famous people have made a difference for the world. I never thought I would be like those people. Who knew a 15 year old girl like me can make such a big difference in history? A plain human like me with an extraordinary celestial alien working together that shaped world in many intentionally ways that has never been done before. All in the name of friendship, perseverance, and trust.
