I still don't get why I have to do this! I find this very stupid. Right some random girls I don't even know want to impress me for my hand in marriage when I could be lounging about with my sister Estelle watching the little mermaid. "Under the sea, under the sea!" Come on Percy get your head in the game!
But seriously! I know it's cliché and all but how do know if whomever wins is the one! I mean you only get one chance how can you make sure you don't mess it up?
Anyway my mom met Paul this way and my dad met my Mom this way so it can't be so bad!
So that day I was supposed to draw for the people that would be fighting for my hand in marriage. First draw, second draw , we kept going I didn't know any of these people at all so I will be getting married to a stranger, just great.
I was so close to finishing when the last name I pulled out seemed so familiar.... Annabeth. The name of the girl I had a crush on when I was 6. After her parents died the assassinators came after my dad and killed him too. It was a tragic day and the royal guards said that it would only be safe for Annabeth to find a foster family and leave.
Knowing that she's coming back I am so excited but also really scared. What does she think of me now ? Ones she still remember me? Is she still the same girl that I love?
