Preparation Steps
1. relax; lay down in bed
2. make sure it's quiet and comfortable (you don't want to be distracted by sounds or discomforts)
3. make sure it's early morning; not when you're supposed to go to sleep (P.S. I kind of cheated on this)Projection Steps
1. breathe (slowly, deeply, regularly, concentrate only on breathing) (5-10 minutes)
2. imagine a rope dangling above your body from the ceiling; mentally picture your arms reaching up and grabbing that rope, pulling your astral body out of your physical body; focus on every aspect of the rope—the texture, the effort it takes to pull yourself up, etc. (30-60 minutes)
3. enter and pass the hypnagogic state as you're doing it; you should be able to feel strong, tingly vibrations throughout your body (30-60 minutes)
4. continue until you feel a "pop," and you're out of your body*Listen to Theta Waves!
