Nate, your wish is my command.

Day 3        |         10:47

The moment we walked through my bedroom door, Kaylee flung herself across my bed and grinned widely at me. Her hair was pulled up into a ponytail, and it swayed slowly behind her head after rushing to my bed. Her forrest-green jumpsuit hugged her in all the right places, and I took a moment to envy her fashion sense and figure.

"Well?" She asked, impatiently staring at me.

"It was really nice," I shrugged, as I tried to sound nonchalant.

"Hell no, what happened?" Kaylee demanded.

I laughed a little, as I raised my eyebrows at her. I slowly sat down on the edge of my bed, and grinned widely at her. When I finally got into my bed last night, it was already four in the morning. It hadn't stopped me from texting Kaylee however, and she had showed up as soon as she saw the message. I knew the drive over here had been done in a rush, the same way Kaylee did everything else. And when gossip was involved, especially gossip considering me, every moment was painful.

Kaylee opened her mouth, to give me a piece of her mind no doubt. I quickly shook my head and laughed again, as she settled back down agains my pillows. Her eyes grew as she slowly nodded her head, in an attempt to get me talking.

"We ate burgers, had desserts and drove around for a while listening to music. Then he pulled over in the middle of the nowhere, and picked up blankets and a picnic basket. I honestly thought-"

"Omg, you have got to stop watching those crime shows," she groaned, as she changed her position and laid down on her stomach. She placed her head in her hands, and waited rather impatiently for me to continue.

"Okay, okay. I was scared, you telling me you wouldn't be?" She raised an eyebrow and gave me a look that told me exactly how stupid my question was. "Of course not..." I mumbled, and laughed as she flung a pillow at my head.

"Continue, stop dragging it out! I know you have some bomb about to drop."

"Yeah, I do. We talked for a while, then... he kissed me."

"HE DID?" Kaylee sat up, a big smile on her face as she nodded for me to continue.

"He kissed me under the stars, things escalated and then..."

"Ugh, do not tell me you're getting more than me this summer. I really need to up my game," she mumbled, but she smiled at me as she finished talking.

"Slow down, you're still getting more than me. I stopped him, we talked about Caleb minutes earlier. He was sad, and honestly - we just started hanging out."

Kaylee shook her head at me, but pulled me in for a hug. I smiled against her, but when I pulled away she was looking annoyed.

"Honestly, you need to learn how to enjoy yourself. Taylor, a hot guy tried to sleep with you under the stars, and your response is to pull away and tell him to slow things down?"

"Well, yeah!" I defended, but I bit my bottom lip. Had I made a mistake?

Kaylee rolled her hand, telling me to continue the run-down.

"Well, we sat in silence just listening to the waves, and then he pulled out some snacks. After a while, we went down to the beach and we went for a swim - in our underwear," I added the last part hastily as Kaylee's eyes grew. She looked disappointed, but nodded.
