Chapter 10

Marcus's POV
Lucas and I woke up to the sound of his phone ringing. "Ugh it's Samantha, I'll text her later telling her I'm in LA." Lucas said groggily with a moan. We heard loud music coming from the hallway. We opened our doors and saw the track team running up and down the halls playing music. They were dancing and going crazy. "Wtf? Are they drunk?" I saw Jasmine walking down the hall, she was wearing:

She looked pretty frikin hot. "did my team wake you guys up. Sorry 'bout that, they're all a little crazy. Sienna came in wearing:

She looked pretty hot too, but I liked what Julia was wearing better. "I think I like Julia , but I'm with Lucas."  Lucas was staring at Sierra big-eyed. "I think he has a crush on Sierra ." "Hey Lucas can we talk?" I asked. "Yeah sure I Umm... actually needed to talk to you too." He said while scratching the back of his neck. We went back into our room and I locked the door. "So I um." We both said. "You go first." We both said at the same time. "Alright we'll go at the same time. "I like.." We both said. "Julia" I said "Sierra" Lucas said. "Wait you like the other twin?" We both said in disbelief. "I really didn't want to tell you because you've been going through so much and I didn't want to make it worse." He said. "Luca, it's okay. I would've been okay, somehow... so we both like one of the Dobrev twins?" I Said. "I guess we do, we good?" He said. "Yeah we good." I replied. We smiled at each other and side hugged.  We saw Julia and Sierra outside on their phones just sitting on the floor of the hallway while the people on the team were going back into their rooms. "Hey twins!" Lucas and I exclaimed. "Hey Twins!" They Said back with a laugh. "Damn Julia's laugh is cute." "Soo um Sierra... I just wanted to tell you that I Umm.." Lucas started. "Like me?" Sienna finished with a smile. Lucas's cheeks flushed. He nodded. She stood up and hugged him. "I like you too." She said. They walked off towards the elevator and Lucas turned around and Mouthed "your turn!" "Hey Julia . "Sooooo... Umm.." I started. "Tell me how you really feel?" Julia said. "Huh? Oh right, I'll only tell you how I feel if you tell me how you feel about me." I said with a smirk. "We both know you aren't going to win this.." Julia said while raising an eyebrow. "Alright fine..... I like you..... you know I like you..... sooo do you like me?" I Said. "Yeah I do.... soooo" She said. "YOU LIKE ME???? THIS IS THE FREAKING 2ND GREATEST DAY OF MY LIFE!" I Said. "What's the first?" She asked. "When I almost died from choking and Lucas saved me." I stayed simply. She nodded and raised an eyebrow. "Soo... I'm assuming you have today off, do you wanna maybe go to get some sushi?" I asked. "Yeah sure!" She replied. I took her hand and we headed towards the elevator. On our way out of the lobby a man with a camera cane in and put it right in front of our faces. "Oh my god! Julia Dobrev? I heard you'll be modeling for teen vogue and even be on the cover is that true?" Said the man. "Yes," Julia stated simply. "Are really going to the olympics this year?"  He asked. "If I qualify.." Julia said. "Has it been hard for you to cope with the loss of your parents?" Asked another man coming up to us with a camera. I froze. "Her parents are dead?" "Umm it was at first, but then after about a year or two, I kept telling myself they were in a better place. I was pretty young, and didn't understand much, I was only 7... so dealing with the loss of your parents isn't as hard considering you don't understand what's going on. Julia said. "How is John? Is he okay?" Asked a lady with a camera. "My little brother? Yeah he's good. He's nine now, he's getting pretty big. He started doing track too." Julia replied "umm I actually have to be somewhere.." Julia said. "Ohh Okay," Said the mob of cameramen. They all left us alone. "Who were they?" I asked. "Paparazzi, they're annoying af." Julia replied. "You're famous?" I asked. "My whole family is. My mother was a millennial problem solver and my father was the former fastest man on the planet. All my older sibling have gone to the Olympics at least once and most are becoming either social media famous or they're becoming actors." Julia replied. "Woah!" "Cool," I Said. We walked to the sushi place, it wasn't very far and when we arrived we got a table for two and ordered. We talked, laughed, and bonded a little. "She seems really cool, she's nice, humble, gorgeous, and she's funny too. " There was this fair/carnival this in a nearby park so we decided to go. There was a weird event where they had this gigantic treadmill, but it wasn't really a treadmill, it was only the part you run on. You had to run and beat the record speed. "You should totally try that!!" I Said. "Alright Ill do it." Jasmine said. She walked up to the man and there were a bunch of people surrounding the weird machine. "Umm excuse me little girl, do you really think you should be doing this." Said the ran running the event. "Yes. Actually I know I should be doing this." Julia stated. The man let her go up and they started it up. Soon enough she beat the record! "WOOO!" I yelled. Julia smiled at me and the man came up to her. "This is impossible. The person to set that record was Jackson Dobrev!!" Said the man in disbelief. "Well you're talking to his daughter sir, Julia Dobrev. Nice to meet you. I'm going for the Olympic this year. Hope you'll be cheering me on seeing that you knew my father." Julia said. The man was astonished. "Oh lord, Julia Dobrev. Nice to meet you too ma'am." He said. "Well is better get going, thank for the prize." Julia said while walking back to me. "You beat the record!" I exclaimed. "I beat my Father's record!!" Her eyes glistened. "I just beat his record. He was the former fastest man and I beat his record!!!" Julia exclaimed. We both laughed and walked back to the hotel. We saw Lucas and Sierra standing at my hotel door. "Where have you two been?" Sierra asked with a raised eyebrow. "Well we got flash mobbed by paparazzi, we went to eat sushi, and I beat Dad's record on some running event at a fair?" Julia said. "Lol same, but we went to get pizza. WAIT.. YOU BEAT DAD'S RECORD??" She said. Julia and I nodded our heads. "Where do you think I got this from?" Julia said showing her the teddy bear she had gotten. "Holy Shit WAIT!" Julia said. She turned the bear so we could see it back. "Jackson Dobrev- to my daughter, Julia." Is what it read. Julia and Sierra looked at each other with wide eyes. "All of our siblings got one except for me." Julia said. "He planned on giving you one, but how did it end up at that guy's event?" Sierra said. "Who knows " they both said. "Woah so your dad bought you this and it ended up in this event???" I asked. "Yup, he bought us each one when Julia, Marco, and I were 6, he got John one in advanced too. We all still have ours but dad never gave Julia one. Apparently he got her one, she just never got it till now." Sierra explained. "Yoo this is crazy! Do you think he meant to give you this or did he just give you a random bear and coincidentally it's this one?" Lucas asked. We all shrugged our shoulders. We said goodnight and headed into our rooms. "Soo little bro, how was your date?" Lucas asked with a smirk. "It was good.. yours?" "Good? You guys found a sorta lost teddy bear of hers and went to eat sushi that sounds pretty frikin awesome to me! And yeah mine was good." Lucas said. I giggle and he kissed my forehead. "Night little bro, love you." He said. "Night big bro. Love you too." I replied. "Well we aren't together anymore, but at least we are still best friends/ twin brothers"
