[1] Maturity | Hercules Mulligan X Reader

Hercules gulped awkwardly as he rather obviously eyed you up and down in the corset and dress/suit you wore for the winters ball. He had glazed eyes over various women and it wasn't too hard to spot though most of them would smile or wink, you looked at him blankly.

"Hercules?"Lauren approached him

"What's up John?"He grinned cheerfully

"Do you think I could find someone?"Laurens asked unsure of himself

You sat on the wall only a few steps away, listening over the conversation of the two.

"Of course! You got someone your eyes are on? I'll help you if you need it"He beamed his teeth

"I do fancy someone specific, but I'll be good now thank you. Really man"Laurens fist pumped Hercules

And then he turned back to you, shocked you had your eyes on him but he moved towards you, he seemed to breath in and out heavier than people normally did.

"Hey I'm Hercules Mulligan"He held out his hand with a toothy smile

You thought back to the last few minutes and held your hand against his, "(Y/N) (L/N)"

"Wanna dance?"He questioned

A girl beside you gasped slightly, her dress weirdly tied and her hair slightly messy.

"He just asked me if I'd bed him- watch out (Y/N)"She frowned

"Huh?-"

"That means he likes her!"Another girl chimed

"Shut up"He groaned

"I wouldn't mind it"You looked at him and than to the couples dancing

"In advance I apologise for my bad dancing"He gulped as he lead you softly, more girls looking in shock or slight awe

You began to dance as you passed his friend.

"I admire your maturity, but I had no idea you had it"Lauren's laughed

Hercules huffed.

"So your off to battle?"

"Yeah, spying"Hercules smiled

"That's actually really cool, I wish you luck~"You chimed as you danced smoothly

His face washing in nervousness, causing you to smile.

"Do you usually sleep with every girl in a room?"

"Yeah... but if you want to hang out again- I'll stop"He offered

"Lets see than"you grinned
