Unforgettable

Chapter ten

"Isaac..." Lisa says before closing her eyes and shaking her head slightly. "You should go back downstairs. Lena probably still wants you" she says and I let out a small chuckle. "Of course she does" Lisa stands up and pushes me out of her room. "Go. I need some alone time" she says. "You still love me!" I say as she closes the door. "Obviously" I hear her say even though it's a bit muffled.

I walk downstairs and am pretty much tackled by Lena. "Really lena?" I smile and she looks up at me before shrugging. "I missed you" she says. "I was gone for like ten minutes" I say as I try to pull away. "I had to wait for you for ten minutes. I could've been like...eating!" She argues. A smile plays its way onto my face. "Your literally always eating, Lena" I say and she smiles. "I'm not eating right now" she argued. "But if I weren't here you probably would be" I say and she hesitated slightly before nodding in agreement. "I probably would be to be honest" She lets out a small yawn. "What time is it?" She asks and I pull out my phone. "4:30. I should probably be getting home. Char-." My eyes widen. "Shit. Lena I have to go" I say, worry filling my voice. Almost immediately she looked up at me, her eyes wide. "Yeah, of course. I'll see you later" she kissed my cheek and I turned, walking outside. Getting in my car I started to drive to my house.

As I open the door I realize that I had left it unlocked. "Oh my god" I mumble. "Charlie!" When I didn't hear him I basically ran upstairs and burst into his room. What I saw would give me nightmares for years. Charlie was bloody and had multiple gashes. My breathing became fast and tears started to fall from my eyes. "God dammit" I mumble, my voice breaking as I close my eyes tightly. I lean against the wall, burying my head in my legs. I pull out my phone and ask Lena to come over.

"Hey. Why'd you have to leave?" Lena asks as I open the door for her. "Charlie...I left him alone and he's..." Lena, knowing what I was talking about, pulled me into a hug. Tears started to fall from my eyes. Soon she pulled away. "I'm so sorry" She mumbled. Her eyes flicker down to my lips before going back up. She slowly leans in, pressing her lips against mine. Our lips move in sync before I pull away. "Damn" I mumble and Lena rests her forehead on mine. A smirk made its way onto her face but she soon pulled herself away. "What are we gonna do about...you know" I hesitate for a moment before talking.

"Well he's already buried. But I'd need to clean the room and empty it out and stuff" I shrug. "You don't need to help clean it out" I add quickly and she nods slowly. "Can I just stay here? I don't really know if I could deal with Lisa right now. We got into a fight and she's being kinda bitchy..." she mumbled the last part and I couldn't help but smile. "So rude Lena. But of course, you can stay"

It was starting to get dark and Lena and I changed into pajamas. "Let's watch a movie" I suggest. "On the roof!" Lena says with a huge smile. "Are you serious?" I let out a small chuckle and she nods. At some point I thought her head would falls off. "Alright fine. You choose the movie and I'll get pillows and blankets" Lena runs off and I start to grab the pillows.

I open the window and throw the pillows onto the roof. I quickly grab the blankets and do the same before climbing up. I set up a projector before putting the movie in. I climb back down and help Lena by lifting her up. She carefully pulled herself up.

We got settled in and we start to watch the movie. I felt Lena starting to shiver. I wrapped my arms around her, pulling her close to me. She rested her head on my shoulder. I soon found myself staring at her. I couldn't help it. She was so beautiful. She looked up at me and I immediately smiled. "Isaac?" She asked and before she could do anything I gently pressed my lips against hers. Things got heated and she climbed on top of me, her arms wrapped around my neck. I kiss her jawline before going down towards her neck and biting her sweet spot. She let out a quiet moan and I pull away. "We really shouldn't do this" I mumble. "We're on top of a roof" I say and she smiles.

"Yeah. Your right" she pushes herself off of me. "What's this make us? I mean are we dating? Friends with benefits?" I ask and I see her think about it for a moment. "Well right now we kinda are friends with benefits but...we could date?" She says and she looks up at me, her eyes lighting up. I roll my eyes but smile slightly.

I kneel down on one leg. "Lena mantler, will you be my girlfriend" she giggles. "Of course I will!" she says before wrapping her arms around my neck and pressing her lips against mine. A ringing noise interrupts us and Lena pushes away before pulling out her phone. "Sorry. It's Lisa. Could I take this?" She asks and I nod. "Thanks" she pecks my lips before walking off towards the other side of the roof.

A few minutes later she comes back. "Sorry about that. Lisa didn't know I was staying the night here. She thought I went like...missing or something" she says. We lay back down and start to actually watch the movie.

After a while it ended. I looked down at Lena to see her asleep. I carefully pick her up before climbing back inside. I grab the blankets and pillows and set her down on my bed, gently placing a pillow under her head and a blanket on top of her.

"Isaac..." I hear her mumble. I look down to see her green hazel eyes staring back at me. She held out her hand which I gladly took. I laid down next to her and wrapped my arms around her waist. She turned her body and set her head in the crook of my neck.

"I love you" I hear her mumble, thinking I'm asleep. "I love you too" I whisper into her ear. She looks up at me, wide eyed. Her cheeks turn a slight pink and a smile spreads across her face. I press my lips against hers before closing my eyes. Almost immediately I fell into a deep sleep.
