Oh my god! I screamed in excitement running up and down the corridor. I leaped with joy and happiness. All these years I had been longing for people to adopt me and finally the day had come. My excitement knew no boundaries or limits.
I decided if I wanted to be adopted I have to be on my best behavior. No laughing,giggling or any misbehaving.
I also had to look nice not my typical unbrushed hair and a sweater and jeans. So I scrubbed my face till it was as shinny as a star. I washed my hair and brushed it, then straightened it. I put on my "NERD" shirt with a pair of denim shorts. I slipped on my black converse and went running down. As I dashed down everyone stared at me in awe. I had never dressed up so nicely.
Now all I had to do was wait patiently for the parents to adopt me. they finally reached and I was in shock......
