JAMEER'S POV
Its been two weeks since I'm working as CEO it's great so far because my dad taught me well to run this company.
I'm waiting patiently in my office for the past 20 minutes for Edward my assistant and he is no where is sight I was just loosing my tolerance .
After pacing to and fro a rap came at the door , come in I order
Edward came in all drenched
"Which f*****g ocean u just came out of and where is the file?
we only have ten minutes remaining for the meeting and you know I hate to waste time as well as people wasting my time".
"I clearly told you to be here half hour before the meeting starts".
"Sir , sir I'm sorry I forgot the file at home an I didn't even had my umbrella with me ".
Where is the file I bark!
He flinched "its in my bag " he said
"I'm assuming it's soak just like you"?
"No sir "he said .
"Let's hope not , because today will be the last day you would be working with me".
"His eyes went wide"
Fear was evident on his face.
"Stop staring at me and past the damn file".
He is late an to top it off he is not even handing over the damn file.
After fishing it out of his bag he hand it over , "great you're very lucky its not damaged" .
"Get a new shirt and be back before the meeting starts, you need to take notes".
Less than a minute he was out of sight
My secretary Emily came in a few seconds after
She is a tall blonde in her early thirties .
"Good morning sir"
I lift my head from the file , "The meeting room is ready, the dealers are here already"
I nod and she took her leave.
I entered the meeting room followed by Edward.
"Good morning sir" everyone stood up I head towards my seat I nod before taking my seat and everyone did the same after .
The meeting went pretty well.
I've sealed the deal.
I was heading towards my office and I couldn't help but feel lustful gaze in my direction
I just give them one of my best smirk.
Upon reaching my office I called up my secretary to get me a mug of black coffee i really need coffee at the moment I went clubbing with my bae last night an I got home 3:45 am this morning.
A rap was heard I ordered the person to come in.
"You're back fast Emily".
"Assalaamu Alaikum" I was greeted by my dad I lift my head from my computer screen walaikumsalaam dad
What a pleasant surprise ,what brings you here?
"I'm here to discuss something important with you"dad said
"OK" I urged him to go on.
"Well as you know you're getting older and it's every father dream's to see their kids get marry an its high time you should, I want you to get marry to my business partner MR khan, daughter Ameera Khan".
Saying I was shocked was an understatement , "dad you're joking right"?
I asked him letting out a low chuckle.
"No" came his reply in a dead serious tone.
"I'm sorry I will not get marry to the girl of your choice because you know that I'm in love with Saniya and no one can take her place in my life" I told him pissed.
"So I'll appreciate it if you don't go about the place making match for me".
"Young man watch your tongue" dad said
"Dad you can't just march in ordering me to get marry to some random stranger I don't know".
I told him with a straight face .
"Look I know your surgery is in two weeks an if u want me to get marry I will but my marriage will take place with Saniya only".
"Jameer you know I would never accept Saniya as my daughter in law , she doesn't fit the qualities of becoming it, her career even makes it worse"
"Dad stop" I was fuming no one has ever dared telling me about my love and here is my dad.
"Young man listen to me carefully I want you to get marry to Ameera and if u can't fulfil my wish then I'm sorry to say that you will no longer sit in this company as CEO rather you will step down from your position back to president".
"You have two options marry the girl of my choice and you will keep your position or marry the girl of your choice and forget you have a father".
His words crush my heart i love my family a lot, an I would never break my relationship with him.
He is my dad an will always be no one can take his place
Then again its Saniya on the other side she is the love of my life I can't afford to loose her.
After pondering I've made a decision I will not loose nothing I will fulfilled my dad's wish I'll get marry to the girl of his choice I'll continued being the CEO of this company and I will divorce Ameera after making her life miserable
"Dad I will get marry to Ameera"
Dad was so happy after I announced my decision.
"Jameer I hope you are not planning a divorce any time soon after your wedding because I wouldn't hesitate to throw you out of this company .
Or if I'm not alive I will make sure to let your mom do so.
I hope that's clear young man" .
"Yes dad" I said after letting out a deep breathe.
