As he stood in front of the mirror, his heart racing, his vows swimming around in his head, he had doubts.

He grabbed his phone and dialed the first contact.

"Hi, you've reached pepper, please leave a message after the beep!" *beep*

"Hey pepper... I know we haven't talked in forever, but it's my wedding day... I'm having second thoughts. I was calling because... well. I don't know why I called. I guess I just wanted to say my official goodbye. Leaving you for Steve was the best choice I've ever made. I want to thank you for putting up with me all this time. I appreciate you."

He hung up the phone and finished tying his bow tie when the voice piped up

"Jeez, I thought you were gonna pull of the wedding!" Clint muttered making tony laugh

"I'd never do that to Steve. I care about him too much."

"So you're ready?" He looked concerned "to be with one man for the rest of your life. No more of that Playboy action?"

"I've been ready for a while."

Thor had volunteered immediately to officiate the wedding. His voice bellowed as he went through his part, a few moments he went off topic, but it wasn't hard.

"I understand the groom and groom had come up with their OWN vows?" He smirked at the men, seeming almost shocked, but he was genuinely happy for the two. "Steven, shall you start?"

"Tony..." he began "from the first night You woke up after drunkenly crawling into my bed, I knew I wanted to wake up next to you for the rest of my life. We have been through hell together, and now I'm ready to continue this journey with you." Tony sniffles and swiped at his eye.

"And you Anthony?" Thor almost yelled

"Steve, you're different. All of my past relationships have been garbage. From small flings, to long term things. No one has ever made me feel as special, and wanted as you do. No kiss has felt better then yours. I'm so grateful to be here today, knowing you feel the same way. I love you so much Capsicle" Tony had to look up at the roof to keep the tears at bay.

"Do you, Steven Grant Rogers take Tony to be your lawfully wedded... husband?" He said and the pair laughed

"I do" Steve smiled

"And do you, Anthony Edward Stark take Steve to be your lawfully wedded husband?"

"Fuck yeah I do" he smirked

"If there are any objections speak now, or forever hold your peace." No one responded to thors bellow so he continued

"With the powers invested in me by Odin, Asgard, and the internet" thus causing a few giggles from the audience and full on can't-stop-laughing-so-hard-I'm-snorting laughs from the avengers "I know pronounce you two husband and wife, I mean husband" he gestured to tony again earning an eye roll. "You may now kiss each others mouths!"
