Chapter 6

*Graysons pov*

The Doc leaves and says that Y/N will be fine and that he'll come back in a little bit to check up on her again.

Ethan leaves to go sit on the edge of Y/N's bed and just looks at her. Y/N and Ethan have just been staring at eachother for a long time now and i felt so awkward.. She then looks over at me and starts tearing up.

*Y/N'S pov*

Ethan sits on the side of my bed, me and him lock eyes for which felt like forever, but when we stopped, I just wanted it to continue. I felt safe, I felt safe just looking into Ethans eyes, getting lost in those beautiful starry brown eyes. Then I looked over at Grayson and idk why but I just started crying really hard. Ethan had the fastest reaction to seeing me cry. He moved closer up to my bed, layed down beside me and wrapped his arms around my waist. I immediately stopped crying, I felt safe again, like I was never gonna be hurt again. Like I was invincible. Ethan than spoke in my ear,

Ethan- "Are you okay now? Do you want me to let go?"

I responded back "No."

faster than I wanted to, but it just slipped. At that point I didn't care, I felt safe next to him. Next thing I know Gray was leaving to do some editing at the house and Ethan and I fell asleep. His arms were still wrapped around me.

*few hours later*

I wake up, but I feel cold, I don't get it, the covers are on me, in fact, many are. Then a flashback of everything that happened a few hours ago came rushing to my head. It brought a huge smile on my face. Ethan slept by me! And he had his arms around me. That's when it hit me. I was cold bc I wasn't feeling his warmth around me. Something was wrong....I turned around to see if Ethan was still in bed and...
