So I knew Gray was trying to be strong for me,I wonder how he's holding up.I just got the ring,I'm super excited and so nervous.I hope she's awake now..actually I'm sure gray would have called if she did.That hit me with instant sadness. :/.Anyway I got out of that place as fast as I could to get back to Gray and Y/N.I walk into the hospital room,Gray didn't hear me walk in and he lifts his head up,and I could tell,he's been crying for hours.I left my little bro, I can't believe myself I'm such a idiot."Gray hey what's wrong bud!?" "E, it's Y/N😢😭" "W-W-WHAT ABOUT HER" I yell. "Sh-she's in a coma😭and they don't know when she will wake up, if she even will...im sorry E". I just bought this ring for the love of my life and she might not even be alive for me to show my love to her. I didn't break down this time, this time, it was my turn to take care of Gray. I sat down next to him and rubbed his back until he fell asleep. I ran over to Y/N's bed. "Y/N, idk if you can hear me, I see it in movies all the time where when people are in comas they can still hear people but not react, Y/N if you hear me, plz, make it through this, bbg I love you so much, you are so strong I know you can make it through this. You just need to pull through, for me, plz, and Gray and your family....and especially me, bby I'll be here until you wake up, I won't leave your side until then💜" I fell asleep holding hands with her and Gray next to me in a chair asleep...💓
*GRAYS POV*
Ethan just left for his mysterious ride, I was worried, I didn't know what he was gonna do, but I had to have faith in him, he's my twins, my big bro, I know he wouldn't do anything bad. The doc came in as soon as he left, and he broke the news to me, Y/N is in a coma and they don't know when she will wake up..or if she even will. The doc left and I just started balling my eyes out. I was balling my eyes for hours when I heard the door creak open, I didn't care who it was they could see me cry, I didn't care at this point. It was E. He just came over and started to comfort me. I fell asleep with my bro by my side.
