coffee is for the weak

You woke up, more tired than ever, after that sleepless night at the hospital. Maybe you should grab some coffee. It's defiantly a good excuse to hang out with Josh.

You clambered out of bed with a heavy head, instantly reaching for the pills. "its bad to do drugs." Tyler walked in, smirking. You jumped at his sudden presence, and tried not to choke as you chugged down the pill. "I ALmost DiED" you spluttered, laughing. "Good, i made pancakes" You raised an eyebrow "you say the weirdest things in the morning"

Your dad was eating at the counter, and when you walked in he looked up and smiled "nice hair" You ran a hand through your tangled mess and sat opposite, keeping a playful glare on your him. "Oh! Tyler, the basement is finished!" Ty squealed and ran off downstairs. "THAAANKS!.....WOAH THIS IS SO COOL!" You finished your pancake by stuffing your mouth, and went to see.

"HOLY GUACAMOLE" Glancing around, you saw newly insulated and painted walls, one  feature wall painted a blood red. The floor was the bare floorboards, a few mats here and there, an old black couch in the corner with a massive bean bag. The other side had a Josh's drum set, a keyboard and a guitar and Ty's ukulele mounted on the wall. Tyler was sat behind the keyboard, playing a random song and looked up "Its so sick!" he grinned, a look in his eyes that you could only describe as wonder. "WE SHOULD GET JOSH OVER"

You nodded "OMG YEAH HE'S GONNA LOVE THIS! also can we get some coffee?" Tyler narrowed his eyes.
"Coffee is for the weak" he murmurs like a villain.

"UHM says you, you had two cups yesterday!"

"Well who says I wasn't weak?"
You just rolled your eyes and collapsed on the couch, whilst Tyler was on his phone texting Josh.

"He'll be here in five, oh and Bread bin is coming."
"Yay!" Realising you should probably get dressed, you rushed upstairs and chucked on your favourite outfit, and got ready.

You heard the door open downstairs, and both Josh and Brens voice, you could tell because Brendon was yelling obscenities for some reason.

"HEY GIRLS!" You exclaimed coming down the stairs, laughing. Josh gave you a big grin and a quick hug, laughing a bit as Brendon flipped his invisible hair with a pout. "Uhm excuse me your gurl here wants a hug too" you just laughed and hugged him too. Josh rushed off into the basement, followed quickly and clumsily by Beebo.

"WOAAHH" you heard josh exclaim in awe, followed by the crash of a symbol and a loud laugh from the boys. You went down the steps to see Brendon laying on the floor "you ok buddy?" He rolled over to look at you with a hand on his hip. "This is really damn cool" he said like he didn't just fall into a drum set. You just decided not to even ask.

"right?" Tyler smiled. He looked so happy, so did Josh drumming away on his shiny new kit.

"So, when can we get coffee?" You sat up off the bean bag. "now please? I really need it." Brendon whined. He got up and clapped his hands. "Come on children!" He said in a teacher voice.

"Boi if you don't.." Tyler threatened getting up from behind his keyboard and pulling his shoes on.

"Where are we going?" Josh asked and you shrugged. "Are we walking or getting a bus orrr..?" Tyler said, as he fixed his hair.
"Ew, busses" Brendon complained sassily.

"I've got my car around the corner" Josh said like it was nothing.

"CAR?" You and Tyler yelled in synchronisation. "Oh yeah! I didn't tell you .. my mom got me a new car!" Brendon laughed as Josh rubbed the back of his neck kinda nervously.  "ITS LIKE A MASSIVE FOUR BY FOUR TOO!" Brendon yelled obnoxiously.

"Whaaaaaaat? HOW?" You ask, genuinely wondering where his parents got the money. "Well you know I have that part time at that convenience store round the corner.. and I've been saving and stuff and my dad got a new job" he trailed off at the end.

"DUDE IM SO PROUD!" Tyler said and gave him a proud mom hug. "me too" you joined in a group hug and Josh laughed happily. Brendon just tapped his foot impatiently "CAN WE GET COFFEE NOW?"

(739 words) WOWZA! finally got out a new chapter! I was really inspired and had nothing to today so I really enjoyed this :D I honestly think my writing has improved sooo much. Hope you enjoyed this goofy chapter .•*
