Chapter 1

a little history ~~~~~

After the events of the mission, Obito was left to die beneath a rock. He expected his inevitable end, but it never came.

but what did come dramatically changed his life. Reiko, a rouge ninja, walked by and removed the rocks imprisoning obito. until all that was left was the boulder that had crushed him. Madara later found obito and reiko.

he lifted the boulder and took both of them back with him. he took back. Obito because he seemed for for Madara's plan and Reiko because she possessed unique chakra and the sharingan.

After months of rehabilitation, Obito had the misfortune to see the woman he loved die. That was followed by the death of Madara a few months later.

Obito boasted about fulfilling Madara's goal and prepared to leave. Reiko thought she was going to join him but she was wrong.

Before he left Obito told her some chilling words : "You can fend for your self. You dont need me."

Reiko's POV

After I had been abandoned by Obito, I wandered around, becoming a rouge ninja. I survived by being a burglar and, in my free time, collected information on techniques and weapons.

My main goal at the moment was to find obito and reunite with him. But there were days where I found myself laughing at the stupidity of the goal.

I can fend by myself. Since I heard those words I refused any help. I refused to get close to anyone, and if I did, I would leave before it grew.

I had made a name for myself in the bingo book. The bounty on my head grew as the number of crimes I did amounted. I was notorious for robbing rural village's and escaping with ease.

Today I decided on a small village outside of the hidden leaf. I calmly ate breakfast before using a clone as a distraction and stealing items from a nearby store.

I sprinted out of the village and into the nearby forest. I enjoyed life; I was free to do what I pleased. My jet hair flew in the wind as I ran, and my coral eyes flickered with happiness.

But I had enjoyed it too much as I collided with something as I ran away.

Better yet someone. As i bounced then landed on the floor I looked up and saw a blond haired woman looking down. She had a companion with a swirly mask.

"what is this hm" Considering what I had just done I suspected that they were ninjas from the village I just robbed.

I quickly jumped up and punched the girl, sending her through some trees. I readied my stance in case her companion tried to attack.

"why did you do that un"

"..." I faced him and refused to answer. I wasn't going to let my freedom end here.

"DEIDARA-SEMPAI WE SHOULD TAKE HER BACK TO THE HIDEOUT AND SHOW HER TO PEIN" I looked over at the blond woman, her name was Deidara. I jumped back a bit and gave myself some distance.

"Come on sweety we don't want to take you by force hm!" I glared at Deidara.

"Don't call me sweety, woman" I kept my guard up as his face paled in color.

"OH DEIDARA-SEMPAI SHE CALLED YOU A WOMAN" I looked closely at Deidara. He is in fact a man.

"So sweety, are you coming or what hm. If you don't come willingly I have some c4 for ya hm." I winced. I'm not good with ground based attacks, let alone bombs.

I relunctantly gave up my stance and stood normaly. I'd rather be taken then blown to bits; I still have a chance to escape if I go.

Deidara smiled and quickly did some hand signs. Then he threw a white ball of something did another sign and a bird thing was created.

I was In awe at the sight. I had never seen anything like it before. I then realized I had made the right choice; fighting him would have ended badly for me.

I jumped onto deidara's bird thing and his companion soon followed. We have been traveling for over an hour. I've never been up that high, so I was excited to see the land from above.

It was peace and quiet until the companion screeched "DANGOS!" The loudness was enough for me to quickly grab Deidara in fear. I noticed that he had begun to reach for me but I had closed the gap quicker.

"What's wrong with you Tobi hm!" So his names tobi. Alright that took an hour to find out. I peered over the edge and saw a small dango shop along the road.

"Deidara-sempai can we get dangos please." I looked over at Deidara, he obviously didnt want anything to with tobi but he relunctantly agreed with him.

We landed a bit away from the dango shop. We jumped off the bird and began walking away. We left the bird there and I thought we were going to use it again.

"KATSU!" Deidara yelled along with making a sign. I was about to ask him why but I was met with a blast from behind. I squealed and grabbed onto Tobi this time. I've never been in situations like this, as I have always avoided most people.

But they are a rowdy pair and a change of pace. Tobi seemed to be taken back from the grab but he quickly recovered.

I noticed that he was taller than me by a couple of inches. Then I noticed I had been holding on for too long and hastily let go.

we took a seat out side while deidara ordered dangos. I sat in from of tobi just staring at his mask. "Why do you wear that mask?" I was curious but Deidara came back and shot down any chance of a response.

We sat in silence as the dangos came. I don't know them and I'm hardly a talker. Finally they arrived and i was curious to see the face under the mask.

I saw out of the corner of my eye so was Deidara. We watched carefully as Tobi lifted the Dango and placed his hand over his mask.

I expected the mask to come right off but instead it clicked and he quickly turned around to eat. I saw Deidara shake his head and I smiled slightly.

All the anticipation for nothing. After we finished deidara made another bird and we flew for yet another hour.

Soon Deidara had begun to descend and I looked foward expecting to see a cool hideout but all i saw was rock. I was disappointed at the time.
