Third person POV

"Nyet, you do not put on a tie that way. Like this." King stood in front of Boss as the Russian adjusted his tie. King was wearing a white button up shirt over a white t-shirt paired with a black tie and black dress pants. Boss himself had a similar outfit on, as he had a plan.

"Good, keep it like that. Now, my friend. You are ready. Remember, open the doors for the ladies, and pull their seat out for them. You will be a true gentleman." Boss smiled at the thought. He thought of King as his son, so he was proud at this moment. He had even combed King's hair for him, making it look nice. Boss patted him on the shoulder and walked out of the room, adjusting his own tie.

Mira grumbled many swear words in Spanish as she got up from her bed and walked to the door. She swiftly opened it, revealing Boss in his suit.

"What is this?" The woman asked, a little rudely.

"Long story short, King is going on a date tonight and I'm going to keep an eye on him. I want you to go with me to make it less suspicious."

"Who is he going with?"

"Ela at seven and Grace at eight. Same place. I've already booked the reservations and talked to Six."

"Why would you ask me?" Mira raised an eyebrow at the man and put her hands on her hips.

"You, I trust. And it's kind of weird, with every other woman in this place is in their thirties, and I am fifty two."

"Well I'm forty. So I guess that kind of makes sense. Let me get something nice." Mira rolled her eyes, as she had never been the kind of woman who wanted to dress nice.

"Thank you." With that, Boss walked off.

Mira POV

I chuckled to myself as I sat across from Y/N, who was glancing over at King, sitting with Ela. He ran his hand through his messy hair, making him look somewhat handsome.

"Worried?" I asked.

"I just ... he's like a son to me. He has never understood love. White Masks kidnapped him when he was five, brainwashing him into a soldier. He broke free somehow. I just worry for him. But he seems like he's having fun."

I looked back to Ela and King, or Wally. They were both laughing and having fun it seemed like.

"I think I'm getting too fatherly. Want to head back?" He ran his hands through his hair one last time as I nodded. He left the cash in the receipt and we stood up. I followed him through the door, which he opened for me, and into the parking lot.

As I followed him into the car, a younger guy, mid thirties I would say, walked up to us. Y/N took notice of this and met him halfway, his hand balling into a fist.

"Give me everything you got or you're dead!" The guy pulled a pistol from his belt and pointed it in Y/N's face, making a grave mistake.

I watched in awe as Y/N swiftly brought both his hands up and quite literally stole the gun from the robber, pointing it in his own face. The robber suddenly looked in fear and scurried off.

"Ha! Stupid person had the safety on!" The Russian laughed and tucked the pistol in his own belt. He brought out the key and turned on the car, driving us back.

Third person POV

Nothing too special was happening around the base. Ash was at the firing range, Boss had a strange feeling in his stomach after going out with Mira, which he had felt only once before. King was very happy after his dates, and Ela and Grace felt likewise. Lion snuck up to the door belonging to Boss's room, and quietly opened it a crack. Boss was passed out on his bed, having consumed another bottle of vodka. Lion, seemingly intrigued, walked softly to where Boss kept most of his belongings in a small bureau.

"Let's see what you got in here," Lion barely whispered to himself. The drawer slid open, revealing three bottles of vodka, both of Boss's pistols, the .410 Judge and P320. Lion also saw what looked to be a picture of a very young Boss with a girl around his age. She had long, blond hair and deep brown eyes. The two looked happy together, reminding Lion of his past. Lion turned just in time to see Boss standing two feet away, the pistol he took earlier pointed at his face. He younger man's eyes went wide in fear, while the Russian had a dark, serious look on his face.

"Get. The. Fuck. Out. Now," Boss said through gritted teeth. Boss clicked the safety off, his finger inching closer to the trigger. Lion still stood, fear freezing him in place.

"NOW DAMN IT!" Boss screamed at the top of his lungs, making other operators stick their heads out of their doors to see a frightened Lion run out of Boss's room. Bandit laughed quietly as Lion slipped and crashed into the wall, getting back up and running away like his ancestors did in WW2.

A/N: Hey readers. See what I did there? That's a reference to something Boss said in an earlier chapter. Anyways, how are you guys liking the story? I know I'm lazy, but I try to upload as fast as I can. Bye! *Yeets myself through the window*
