Later that evening I had 3 text messages. I was still with Mitch so I asked her before ignoring the multimedia messages.
"Hey Mitch, you know this number?"
"Nope, open it"
It was the pictures. It had slipped my mind that he had my number, and Michelle's. She got them too. Right when she got them I thought to myself, great, she's gonna get another guy I like. She doesn't even like boys! I said thanks and expected the conversation to end because she texted him too. To my surprise I got another text.
Kai :) <3 : My pleasure, what's up?
I was shocked because he only told her "No problem"
We talked all night into the weekend. We talked about everything.
Kai: who knew you had a heart lol
Me: dont get used to it
I got messages on my kik. It was him.
Kai: my phone gets me kiks of people I have as contacts lol, hey
Me: lol hi
Kai:whats up?
Me: getting ready for school ,you?
Kai: same.
I was just getting out the shower and was combing my hair. I said I looked like the grudge, he said it couldn't be that bad so I sent him a picture. I admit I exaggerated and put my hair in my face and made myself look crazy.
Kai: well you look like princess Grudge :)"
Me:lol okay.
Kai: did I ever tell you, I think you're really pretty
It caught me off guard because I don't get complimented often. I simply said
"Thanks :3"

We kept talking for weeks. One day in a message he asked who I liked.
Kai: Like I have a crush now, and fortunately no one knows so no one can make a big deal

Me: I wanna know
Kai: lol ok but dont freak out when I tell you who it is
Me: no promises.
I knew it was me.
Kai: lol well um... It's this girl, she isnt in my grade, and um, I just met her this year and she's a really good musician
Me: *sarcasm* the anxiety
Kai: she is like my prodigy. Lol omg, it's you. Like I thought it was obvious when I said prodigy.
Me: yeah I know I just wanted to have you say it ;)
