I woke up to my mom playing with Denve.
I checked my phone and saw no messages from her parents.
"You playing captain save a hoe again. She might as well call you Ma"
"Ma not today"
"It's cool I'll rather Denve be my grandchild this way then you actually having one" my mom said as she kissed Denve.
I went and showered and got dressed. I realized that Denve and my mother were asleep.
I grabbed my keys and went out to my car. The car I had that night wasn't really my car. Roman had brought Zani a car but she refused it. Since I was used to her doing shit like this I ended up driving that car all the time.
I went to Zani house to talk to her.
I pulled up and saw the car there. I pulled behind the second car in her driveway and I knocked on the door
To my surprise a guy answered the door
"Who you?"
"Where is Zani and who you" I said to him as we both looked each other up and down
Zani came to the door and looked surprised
"I'm not her mother so I need for you to get it together"
"What are you talking about darling?"
"Zani let the dude know you got a child and stop playing. Matter of fact don't worry."
I turned around and went to my car and drove home .
I was heated and wanted to kill her.
I felt bad that my baby had two deadbeats as parents. I never understood why people had kids young if they didn't want the child or could care for the child.
Roman looks like the perfect father but he left to chase pussy and then his dream. He could of stayed and been successful here and took care of his child.
Zanielle looks like the ideal mother. But I always end up with Denve. I know single mothers who are killing the game right now and taking care of their child. Zanielle always got some excuses and yes I am a sucker because of Denve
I parked the car and got out. I went upstairs to my mom house and started to pack some things for Denve and I.
I got her dressed and told my mom that we were heading to the house.
Since the new place was like 3 minutes away I just walked there.
I got Denve settled into the home and I laid her down in her crib.
I walked around the home and realized that Jade wasn't there.
I checked my phone and only had a message from Marlen. I ended up FaceTiming him and he ended up coming over
"Where my Denve at!"
"Hello to you too Marlen and yes you can come in"
Marlen was already looking in every room until he found her asleep.
He came back to me sitting on the couch.
"This place is dope. Let me find out Ms. Rae comes from money?"
I laughed
"Nah Denve father comes from money and this was his place but he moved and gave it to me"
"I'm starting to think she really is yours"
"I feel the same way too. You smell good tho"
"Awe Rae telling the kid that he smelling good. Let me find out you feeling the kid"

"YSL. Why you about to buy me some more?"
"Nah I can just buy it for myself so that I can smell like it all the time"

"Being a parent without actually having given birth to the child that I take care of"
"Where her mom at?"

"Why it gots to be all that tho" Marlen said as he laughed
"Cause she had some dude answer the door and then she tried to act like she ain't have Denve. So I walked away. She ain't stop me and she ain't call me yet"
"What ya about to do with my youth then"
"Shit since she your youth you take care of her then"
"You ain't got to tell me twice. Denve you mine now"
I laughed at him
"Nah seriously Rae. You doing the things and if I was to have a youth I would want it to be with you since how dedicated you are. But I got your back no matter what."
Marlen moved on top of me and kissed my forehead
"Awe thanks but I'll pass on having a child with you"
"Don't play me. Watch you going to have all my youths and they going to be smexy"

Marlen kept kissing all over my face. I started to hit him with the pillow but that didn't work.
Denve started to cry and I silently thanked her for it
I got up and grabbed her medication but Marlen beat me to her.
I walked into the room and he was holding her and singing to her while trying to dance but he almost fell.
I started laughing and caught Denve before he fell with her.
I gave her the medicine and then a bottle and started to rock her back to sleep.
Marlen sat on the floor and shook his head
I gave Denve to him so he could cheer up and he had this kool aid smile.
I ignored him and left the room to make some food
