It's dangerous to be out in a thunder shower. Why not stay while? I brought my guitar!

Not canon, just got bored

There was a slight buzz within the studio this evening. It wasn't a particularly happy buzz, considering the power had just cut out, and the only one currently working, were a few animators, voice actresses, a toy maker, the big boss, and the janitors. Not to mention the music writer, who was pissed beyond imagination. Everyone was crowded around the Boss's office, while he was held up inside, on the phone with the electricity company. He had had just heard the news about the thunder and lightning showers, that had cut all powers around town, and no one would be available to fix it until the next day. He was stressed, but not much else was new. He sighed, standing from his desk and heading out. Ready to deliver the news to the others. "What do you MEAN, the power won't be back on till tomorrow?! Do you know how important that music is?!" Sammy yelled. You could see a vein about to burst on his forehead. The room went silent, as a crack of thunder illuminated the otherwise dark room. The loud sound was enough to make Thomas jump, and he wasn't an easily frightened man.

"Who turned out the lights?!" A distressed, overly exaggerated Brooklyn voice came from the dark, a small squeak came from the violinist, she wasn't a fan of the dark. Not one bit. "I think the storm cut it, dear" a more feminine, New Yorker style voice came. The room was again silent, before the intern piped up. "Well, we better find some candles or something. I'm not staying in the dark. Not on your life" her Latino accent popping her tone to sound more aggressive, when the girl herself was quite sweet. "Agreed" an older male voice came. He was the father of the group, being the most mature. The group wasn't searching long, before the room was lit up with a few tall candles on some metal stands, so the whole studio wouldn't catch fire. The group had also gathered some blankets and such from the storage rooms, since they figured they'd be there a while. They were all gathered around in a huge pile of blankets and pillows, just laying there. Another loud clap of thunder came, causing Thomas to flinch into himself, which the others didn't seem to notice. Except for Lizzie. Lizzie always noticed him. She got up from where she was sitting, and crossed over to him, laying down next to the slightly distressed man. She took his hat, his jacket, and his tool belt that he was still wearing, and set them aside. She then climbed in next to the man, and laid on her side, facing him. "It's all just pretty lights, and big sounds" she said softly, placing a hand on his chest. He calmed slightly at her touch, and just the sound of her silky sweet voice.

Sammy and Felix were already together, the blonde was holding the ginger, lightly running his hands through his soft and curly hair. Felix was resting his head on the others chest, just about ready to fall asleep with how comforting everything was. The distant sounds of crackling electricity, the silver and purple flashes that went across the sky, illuminating the still somewhat dark room. It was all so calming, reminding him of when him and his father used to cuddle up by the fireplace, in a warm blanket, and just listen to the sounds of the fire. It was just all so nostalgic for him. Alice and Bendy were on opposite sides from each other, but held their hands above their heads, their fingers locked together as they rested in the calming quite. Joey was the big boss man, but even he couldn't resist curling up into Henry's arms. The two men were cuddling quietly, just happy with each others presence. Henry loved it, because it reminded him of when him and his mother would curl up in the hospital, before she passed. They would cuddle up in the dark room, that smelt like bleach, and she would hum to him. It all just made him feel so at home. Even though his mother was gone, and the time they'd spent had passed, it never truly left the mans heart. Joey, in the moment, needed someone to hold him. He didn't have that when he was growing up, considering he grew up an orphan. He never had the love and affection a parent would give to their child. Never had someone to tell him that the scary noises outside couldn't hurt him, so he remains petrified of the loud crashes and flashes of ever nearing light. Tyra and Shawn had long fallen asleep, just comfortably holding hands. Susie and Allison were quietly muttering to each other, trading voice tricks, and just talking, which was a rare occasion, considering they seemed to hate each other. Norman was fiddling with a projector, trying to fix what had been broken, when Wally watched over his shoulder quietly, learning how to help if so needed of him.
