"Freak,"

That was about the sixth one this lesson. Sherlock didn't do anything, to be perfectly honest he was (mostly) emotionally unaffected by everyone's snide comments, though lucky for him most people were too scared of him to say anything to him. It had been year 7 that they'd learnt who Sherlock really was - one term in and nearly the whole school scattered at his presence.

He knew without the fear he caused people - his scary reputation - he'd get the snide remarks a lot more regularly from a lot more people.

The buzz of words from the teacher clouded Sherlocks mind, she was supposed to be teaching them about oxidation and reduction but Sherlock already knew what she was teaching them; he could only hear a hum of noise emitting from her anyway.

"Freaak,"

Sherlock knew the more they taunted him and the less he reacted peoples fear towards him would decrease.

"Freak!"

He span round and focused his eyes on Sally's.

"When I said you were taking John to see the corpses I was joking," Anderson spoke, though Sherlock did not adjust his eyes, they sat firmly on Sally, "apparently you weren't,"

Sherlock totally excepted John telling Anderson and Sally - and the rest of the school. He didn't care.

"I don't joke," Sherlock hissed, "Want to know the difference between you and a corpse? Corpses aren't irritating,"

He turned around and when he was sure Anderson was no longer looking at him he shuffled something across the table towards him.

"Freak," Sally decided to add on.

"What did you do just then? Shuffle some chemicals into your pocket to see what decomposes your roommates corpse the quickest?" Anderson asked, leaning menacingly across his table.

"Oh, no," Sherlock chuckled, "just this,"

Sherlock flashed the excessively sharp scalpel at Anderson, whose face went ghostly white and his body sagged - losing it's confident posture. Sally shook him trying to find out what had gone on to make Anderson go... so funny coloured looking, but he shook his head and sealed his lips tightly.

Nearby people that also witnessed the event turned around, looking back to the front with their suddenly pale faces. Sherlock placed the silver onto his desk, lovingly thumbing at the cool metal.

Sure, Anderson got on his nerves but Sherlock would never... hurt him, not purposely - not like that, would he?

Would he?
