Chapter 8: Constellation Council

-the next day

"Guys? Are you aware that something exciting is happening today?" Asked vega,

"Hmm, nope, what?" Asked Gemma,

"Lady Stella said Today we have a meeting with the Constellation Council!" Vega answered,

"A meeting? That's the exciting something?" Leona was confused,

"All the zodicons have to have a meeting with the Constellation Council, it's very important," Vega folded her arms,

"What's the Constellation Council?" Asked Sage,

"Their in charge of the constellations, including the Zodiacs, that's why it's so important," Vega answered,

"Fine, we have nothing good to do anyway," said Gemma,

-Later-

"Wow, look at all the constellations," Cassie walked down the hall with awe,

"I know, it's like we're in space!" Leona agreed with Cassie,

"Welcome I'm,-" The woman started to say,

"Shut up! It's Auri! Councilor of the constellation Auriga!" Vega jumped with glee,

"Yeah I have no idea what that is," Gemma said confused,

"You must be the Zodicons, come in," Auri said as she lead us threw the door,

Inside was the Constellation Condo, which wasn't really a condo, it is simply used cause of the part 'con' in it, it was actually a glass dome with a nice view of the constellations,

"Super celestial!" Tessa said,

"This is the Constellation Condo, we keep track of all the stars here, and new ones, see if can spot some constellations," Auri begin,

"Ursa Major, Ursa Minor, Delphinus, Orion, Draco, Pisces and Cygnus,"Piper noticed some constellations ,

"Centaurus, and Sagittarius," Sage also spotted some,

"All I see is Gemini and The Little Dipper," Gemma tilted her head , "I need to study more stars,"

"Corona borealis, Aries and Canis Major," Astra bragged,

"Impressive," Auri said, "next room,"

The next room was a long wide room with long shelves holding holographic books holding specific information , or in dummy terms, a library,

"A library, really?" Astra was not very impressed,

Vega on the other hand, was very impressed,

"Look at all the information," Vega said as she swiped threw holo books,

"This is Lunar Library, every book has tons of information of all kinds of space concepts," Auri said as she shown a shelf with exactly twelve holo books, each holo book had a zodiac sign on it, and a color that matched each star darling, "these holo books are for every zodiac sign,"

Gemma grabbed an orange holo book with the Gemini sign on it, she swiped threw the pages hoping to find something interesting,

"I do not talk too much, even if I was so chatty I wouldn't be that chatty, this is total space junk I'm not a chatterbox who just talks talks and talks," Gemma said to herself as she spotted personality info,

Astra grabbed a jet red book with Aries on it, she swiped to a random page,

"I do not have anger issues!" Astra said angrily as she read a few lines,

"Really?" Leona lifted an eyebrow,

"Don't explode, don't explode," Astra calmed herself down,

"You do realize your saying that out loud," Leona annoyed Astra

"Save it Leona," Astra punched a nearby wall,

"I'm not that stubborn," Tessa said as she read a few pages in the book she was holding,

"Oh come on," Gemma lifted an eyebrow,

"Hey, what's this?" Sage said as she lifted a holo book with a picture of the universe and a fancy zodiac sign design on the cover, however, it was locked, and the key wasn't on the book,

"Oh no," Auri quickly took the book,

"What's so 'oh no' about that book?" Libby asked,

"This book contains powerful zodiac spells, as well as this mysterious power up spell-" Auri begin,

"Awesome, then let's try them out-" Astra interrupted,

"Easy there, I didn't finish, these spells are really powerful, and they can be used with positive energy and negative energy, which is way this book can't fall into the wrong hands," Auri finished,

"Oh! So if this book fell into rancora's hands-" Sage started to say,

"Bye bye starland," Libby said sadly,

"Do you know what the power up spell does?" Scarlet asked,

"Don't know, but I do know that it 'transforms' zodicons somehow," Auri answered, she sealed the book in a glass dome, the book floated as it was placed," no one can get this book, Especially Rancora,"

"And we learn about this special zodicon stuff NOW!?" Sage said,

"Yeah... Why now?" Cassie asked,

"Cause your just beginning to learn about zodicons," Auri winked,

As the rest of them walked to the next room with Auri, Astra secretly stayed in the library,

"Powerful spells?" Astra evil smirked as she admired the book In its glass dome,"imagine all the power I could have... Sage wouldn't stand a chance,"

"How can I get into this thing?" Astra struggled to open the dome, even with her powers,

"Wait,my power crystal" Astra took out her power crystal and used it to open the dome,

"Technically,it's not stealing if don't take it- just copy it," Astra took out her starzap and grabbed the book with her other hand and used her starzap to scan and copy all the information in the book,

"Wait, I can't let anyone get this, any chance there's an intangibility spell in this book?" Astra looked through her copies of the book in her starzap until she stumbled upon what she wanted,

"Here it is, Holo Raphna Lisso" Astra chanted as the book turned intangible,

"Now to see if it worked," Astra touched the book, but her finger went through,

Astra evil chuckled,"perfect,just perfect" Astra closed her starzap, along with the dome

"Now all those powerful spells are mine, and no one will stand a chance against me, I'll take the my rightful place as the most powerful zodicon, and leader," A power hungry Astra holding her starzap left the room following the others,
