A girl walks down a shallow trail
Deep and dark the path follows
Two ferns a rabbit tale and a summer bloom
The girl walked towards doom
Path she follows, she stays true
To true I suppose but she knew
No one walks the deep darken trail unless they wish to be derailed
A detailed warning lay upon its tracks
The ones who went walking never came back
The girl flushed cheeks wool coat and all, fluttered down the path seeking it all
Perhaps she stumbled upon the gateway out though that's a bit round about
Though path is steady and thick and true, one who walks it is led astrew
The path is layered with a thicket of brush and a girl can get lost if she trusts it's words to clearly
A breeze brumbles through and no one In sight
I guess there wasn't a little girl tonight
