Busan is quite far from Seoul and some news get here after long time. But they still get here. Some are good and some are bad. But some are good and bad in the same time. Such as news from policeman who works in Seoul for police, but the times are hard, everything is expensive, so he found another job. Job as informant who works for mafia. When mafia wants to find someone they give list of the names to some informant. This is how one particular informant and policeman found information about Yoongi's father death. And now mafia in Busan knows it too.
They know that the man who owed them a lot of money is death. And they also know that Yoongi was adopted by some Kim Namjoon and now lives with him.
"So the small retard is still alive. Debt of his dead father is now on him and he is going to pay back."
And now they are heading to get their money back.
