Transformers Prime; Fate Leads to Destiny

Confrontation

Optimus and BumbleBee went off on a scouting mission and Nova went with them due to Ratchet detecting a strange signal. He was against it but decided to bring her along since its only a scouting mission, as long as she is not anywhere near danger. This time they were in a forest terrain, it was pretty hilly and the air was muggy, as they got further up the hilly forest they came in sight of a mountain pass , They were tracking this beacon that may be of Cybertronian origin, but Optimus was acting wary.

"Pretty convenient that its right there, don't you think?" Nova said to him.

"Yes, Bumblebee, scout around the back, I'll take the more obvious route if this is a trap, you'll be our trump card." Optimus then turned to her. "Remain here where you'll be out of range from danger."

Nova didn't like it but she decided to nod at him, and leaned up against a tree as the two of them sped off in different directions. She caught her breath a bit, muggy weather and hills are her two big no-no's. While she was waiting, she began to take notice of her surrounding. Nova tilted her head up as a nice breeze came overhead, She took in the view before her, nothing but forest for miles you could barely see the roads which were engulfed by trees. Nova then headed to sit on a fallen tree as she could tell they could be a while; She know she wouldn't get bored that she could observe the forest for hours. It's been so long since she has been cooped up in the base.

Nova then watched a bird nest perched on a tree in front of her, you could hear the baby birds chirping as the Mother and Father bird took turns in finding food, just little things like that gave her peace of mind, it is pretty scarred after all. However, she felt very peaceful when she saw one of the baby birds fell from the nest. Nova managed to caught it before opening her hand, revealing a baby bird. It was the first time she touched a bird that she never seen then notice the baby bird was frightened at first before she managed to calm it down. "Sh....Its alright." Nova said, stroking its feather as she climbed the tree just to return the baby bird back in the nest. As Nova manage to returned it, the mother and father bird saw it happened as they fly around her, much to NOva's surprise. She lifted her left arm, only to have two parent birds land it. They were chirping at her as if they were thanking her before flying back to their nest. 

Twenty minutes had gone by and Nova had to take her hood off, the air was getting her frustrated, She then looked to the mountain pass, if there was a battle surely she would've heard something by now. It was very quiet, like the calm before the storm. Then, she heard rocks tumbling, maybe a rock slide? But five minutes after that she saw a blue flash, with electricity flowing.  Knockout was known to use a weapon like she thought, but it didn't look like the same sort of charge.

Nova then knew something was wrong when something tugged on her heart, like an unwavering feeling. This probably mean something happened to them. She then jolted from the log she was sitting on and began to check out the situation for herself. She was then about to run, "you can't help them now." Came a recognizable cold voice.  

Nova tensed when she recognize the voice, the one she would never heard it again. I whipped my head round to a tree, where a man with a stone cold face came out from, he had a dark look to him and his face occupied a few scars. "There already knocked cold, the both of them." He said casually.

She said venomously, "Silas..."

"It's good to see you again......Agent Reaper." as both of them began to circled each other. Nova said, "I don't go by that name anymore....."

"Of course.....you go by the new name; Nova Login, isn't it? Didn't anyone told you its not nice to use someone's name as your last name?"

"Didn't anyone told you that you talked to much?"
