Amanda's POV
I woke up in an unfamiliar area but I was with Xavier, I hear machines, then I remembered I was in the hospital with Xavier. His parents are asleep on the chairs in the room. I get up, tucked Xavier in, kiss his forehead and went down to get food. I come back seeing Xavier sitting up, watching TV. I sit down next to him eating my cereal. After I finish eating, I hug him goodbye and head to school. I walk in to everybody looking at me and I don't know why. Bay grabs me and pulls me into the restroom; "Bay why is everyone starring at me?" "Helen starting saying horrible things about you, and blamed you for Xavier's accident." I run out of school crying, I go back to the hospital.
Xavier's POV
After Amanda left I went back to sleep, or it least tried to, the nurses kept bothering me. I hear someone running and crying. Amanda is back, but school isn't over. "Amanda what happened" she cries out, "Helen told rumors about me about you getting in the accident, everyone blames me. I just want this to be a dream. Everybody hates me Xavier.." I pat the bed and she gets in, I hug her and play with her hair. "Amanda I don't hate you I will never hate you." She looks at me and smiles. We fall asleep like that. She is happy, she is peaceful, but that won't last for much longer.
