"At a park five blocks down from here." The pinging network confirmed. Could she not get a break?
Jadeyn was out of the room with Jay's car keys seconds after the last word left my mouth.
She was going to exchanged her life for theirs. Panic flooded my body. I might love her.
A lot of people don't believe in love at first sight but the first time I saw her I was in love.
Baggy sweat shirt and pants that hid her beautiful curved features. I haven't seen her without clothes on but she was a beautiful woman in every way. I have been with her for all of three seconds in the grand scheme of things but I don't want to live without her. I really don't.
The whole team was chasing after her, calling her name, screaming at her to stop. But she was only thinking about getting there. I knew that mentality from being a Ranger. If one of my men was in trouble I would have gladly given my life. She's thinking the same way.

The car ride was horrifically long. Five blocks have never been so long.
I was the first one out of the one of three cars, so was Jay.
There she was. With a gun to her head. I've seen a lot of messed up and scary stuff but what I was feeling was something totally different. It was loss and helplessness on the highest level.
