It's been two days since my ankle been fully heal. Jake has been over everyday helping me, today I was meeting him at the house. I had woken up from Colby, he's also been visiting me in real life instead of dreams.
"What are you doing today." Colby asked me as I pick up my bookbag to put in all my research. I put up my hair in a messy bun and I yawned.
"Going to the house, to meet jake." I say as I finished packing my bag and zipping it up.
"You guys been with each other all week." He says.
"We been trying to figure out this demon thing, that killed you and is slowly killing your other friends." I say but I paused and look at him. " close your eyes while I change." He then covers his face with his hands
"Do you like him?" He asked me as I took off my shirt.
"As a friend." I say putting a oversized shirt on.
"Nothing more." He says
"I don't know how that feels." I tell him, and I was honest with that answer. I have never had little flirts going on like the fanfics I read about harry styles.
"I'm sure the story's you read give you an idea." He says as I quickly strip down putting on new underwear and a pair of shorts.
"How do you know about that." I say
"Because I know you clementine." He says as he uncovers his eyes.
"Colby." I say as I sit next to him. He looks at me in the eyes as I bit my lip.
"Clementine, I gotta tell you something." He says grabbing my hand and holding it. "Brennen Taylor was my best friend. I didn't know he had opened a box that had a demon in it."
"What, do you know where he is." I asked
"No, but I'm sure you can find him on the internet. That thing made him famous just recently." Colby says
"Look, I gotta go met Jake. I'm already late because I slept late." I say as I grab my bag and Colby stands up. Before I open the door I look back at Colby and he looked hurt, I then hug Colby and he hugs me back before disappearing. It made my heart kinda break now that he was gone. I sigh and I go out my door. I run out the door yelling to mom before leaving. I put in my headphones and started listening to Post Malone paranoid as I run through the woods.
I reach the house and I see Jake in one of the windows, which was were I met the others for the first time. I open the door and I put my headphones away. Jake then runs to me and drags me into the living area and I see a board full off papers and such. I felt like I was in episode of criminal minds.
"I have news, I found brennen Taylor. He's a big YouTuber that lives in south beach." Jake says showing me on the map where he lives. He also had where heath was, but an unknown location of Amanda.
"Colby tells me brennen was his best friend before they had died and I have theory's." I say as I get my bag off and pull out my pictures putting it on the walls
" that means brennen knew all of them. We should go talk to heath and Amanda." I say
"Alright, I can drive. We can talk on the way to the hospital." He says as he rolls the board into a room and locks it. I put my bag on my back and we walk out. We look at each other and I take a breath.
"What are we doing." I say as i sit down on the step and he does the same.
"Yeah, I was thinking that when I set up that board." He says with a sigh
"We are teens looking for a demon." I say
"We are magical teens that have things after us. That's why we have powers." He says as he makes his red smoke come out of his hand.
    "Yeah, expect mines cooler." I say as I make my colorful smoke come out of my hand. I could easily change colors at anytime.
"Oh hush, I guess if we don't wanna die like the others we should go." He says as he stands up and holds out his hand. I take it and he helps me up, we walk through the woods in silence.
We get to my back yard and I saw my mom was gone. I go into my house and see a note telling me she was at a meeting for a few hours. I go back outside to see Jake in his car. I get into the passenger seat and he takes off.
"What are we supposed to say." I ask him as I look at heaths profile on Facebook.
"We ask about that day first." Jake says
"What if that thing tries to kill him, lets just easy into it or write a note. You never know if that thing is watching." I say
"Then write a note, because you might be right." Jake says, but then I see something on heaths Facebook that made a bulb turn on.
"Wait, jake he knows sign language. I do too." I say
"And.." He says
"I can just sign to him." I say
"Sounds like a plan then." He says

    We get to the hospital, once we walked in a nurse hugs me. She was the one that helped up with my ankle. Her name was ms.Shea, for some reason she became attached to me once I walked in when I got hurt as if she knew me but I guess it's not that weird.
    "Why are you here again, are you hurt." She said as she looks me up and down.
    "No, coming to see heath hussar." I say
    "Oh, I can take you to him." She says as me and jake look at each other like 'what the fuck' but we follow her anyways. We get to the top floor of the hospital and we stood in front a room with a man in a chair facing the window.
    "Mr. Hussar, you have some visitors." Shea says as she lets us into the room.
    "What, I don't have anyone left." He says as he turns around and makes a confused face once his eyes landed on us.
    "I'll be outside guys." Shea tells us and leaves.
    "Who are you." Heath says as he fully turns around. He was in a wheelchair. You can tell he has age. His once brown hair turned a dark grey, his once smooth face has wrinkles.
    "I'm clementine, and that's jake." I say
    "We need your help with something." Jake says. We both sit down in front of him.
    I then started to sign asking if he still knew sign. He signs back 'yes'
    "My guardian is Colby, his friends asked me and jake for help to stop the demon that killed them." I sign to him and his eyes go wide.
    "What about it?" He signed back
    "Do you know brennen Taylor?" I signed
    "Yes, He was Colby's best friend. He was supposed to be with us that day but bailed." He signed back, he seemed eager to know what I was about to say.
    "He was the one that opened a box with a demon inside, for his famous and immortality he killed your friends. We need to know what he was like and why he would do it." I signed
    "He was a great guy, until he went out with a girl that both him and Colby liked. They had a huge fight and he turned into a douche. Her name was Ashley shay." He signed back
    "Do you know what happened to her." I signed.
    "No, but Amanda might. That was her friend." Heath says
    "What exactly happened that day?"
I asked
    "We were in a dark place, no light. Colby, Elton, sam, and Corey's flashlights went out. Mine and Amanda's did not. We didn't panic until we hear little kid laughter. Then red eyes popped up behind all of them. They were all paralyzed. All me and Amanda could do was watch as they were dragged away into the dark. We then wake up outside and that was the last time we ever saw them." Heath signed as a tear goes down his face.
    "We will get justice, trust us." I say out loud and heath nods.
    "When you see Amanda tell her I want to see her before I leave." He says, I nodded at him as we get up. I hugged him and he hugged back.
    "We will be back, with Amanda whenever we find her. Thank you for telling us." Jake says before we exit. Shea wasn't anywhere to be seen so we hurry out of there. This was the start of a something dangerous and I was about to do anything to end it.
