After 3 hours of waiting outside the emergency room, Joseph was starting to get really impatient because he didn't got any update from the doctor regarding his wife or the baby. He was tapping his right foot on the hospital floor as he was getting nervous by each passing second. As nothing was working for him to relieve the nervousness, he got up to his feet and started pacing back and forth continously, as if that would help him to relieve his nervousness. And when he couldn't take it anymore he finally decided to go right into the emergency room his wife was in. When he was about to pull the door open by its handle, the door swings open revealing the doctor he met earlier near the reception and 2 nurses following closely behind the doctor. The doctor gave Joseph an apologetic look and A lot of scary thoughts ran through his mind, there were a lot of questions in his mind. Was the baby ok? Was the baby ok? Were both of them alright? He couldn't afford to lose any one of them, just the thought of losing them had him gulped hard. " What happened, doctor?" Asked Joseph in an almost a whisper that he couldn't even recognised his own voice. The doctor gave him a weak smile and put his right hand on Joseph's shoulder, " There is a good news and a bad one," said the doctor in a soft voice. A lot of thoughts ran through Joseph's mind but he chose to listen to the doctor rather than his mind and Joseph gave the doctor a slight nod to indicate to the doctor that he continue what he was saying. The doctor took a deep breath before continuing, " Your wife had gave birth to a baby girl." Joseph had mixed emotions after he heard what the doctor said before he could said anything the doctor continued. After he heard what the doctor said he was feeling miserable! He was speechless! He wanted to yell and scream but when
he opened his mouth nothing came out of it. He was trying his best to control his tears which were threatening to roll down his cheeks.
