{14} Surprise Bitch

Chapter 14:

Toby's POV

While we were all enjoying a hilarious lunch, all of a sudden a loud knocking occurs and fills the house, I glance over to Spencer before standing up.

"Don't worry, I'll get it." I tell the girls who were scared out of their minds. They all follow behind me as we make our way down the stairs, I walk over to the door and open it slowly. I could feel all the girls tense up, especially Emily and Alison.

"What the fuck are you doing here?" I hear Emily say as her voice came close behind me, I turn around to see Emily on my left with Alison holding onto her arm, Spencer on my right who was holding onto mine while Hanna and Aria stands in the back, both giving death glares and prompting themselves up in case they need to pounce onto the uninvited guest.

"Well it's always a pleasure to see you too Emily." Paige says out while scanning the girls.

Alison was trying to avoid eye contact while Paige was doing everything to gain it. Paige purses her lips as she makes a move towards Alison but Emily quickly steps in between them, already knowing all too well what her intentions showing up here are.

"I'm not letting you hurt Alison again so you better just leave now." Emily says as she glares at Paige harsher than ever. Paige clicks her tongue at Emily's accusation and smiles innocently.

"Oh Emily sweetie, I'm not here to hurt Alison. Physical pain is such a small and temporary action, I was thinking of something much more permanent." Paige exclaims as she takes out her gun from behind.

All the girls jump from shock as they all run in front of Alison, trying to crowd her so Paige couldn't get the chance to shoot her. I slowly maneuver myself so I was fully behind Paige as I grab the gun from her, struggling over her manly grip. Paige refuses to let go as we scatter around fighting over the gun, she begins to drag me back and forth inside the Hastings' house while we brawl. I continue to intense my grip onto the gun, I also start to grow tired from pulling so much. I never came to realize how strong Paige really is. The girls were screaming and in a huddle while we all hear a shot go off. I step back, hands up while holding the gun. I look at Paige with horror in my eyes as I watch her collapses and fall onto her back, holding at her gun wound, thinking it'll prevent herself from bleeding out. All the girls begin to corner her and once I place the gun in a respectable distance, so did I. 

"So what now?" We all hear Hanna say, we quickly look at her as she keeps her eyes on Paige, full of wonder on what we were planning to do next.

"We have to take her to the hospital Hanna." Spencer explains while shaking her head but still maintaining a small smile towards Hanna's oblivion. Paige begins to cry out in pain as she looks over and reaches for Emily's hand.

"Don't let go, please?"

Emily looks over to Alison, who gives a nod to assure her that it was okay doing so. Emily sadly smiles before looking back at Paige and nods her head at her.

"For now."

We all swiftly disperse into separate cars, I was driving in one car with Aria and Hanna while Spencer takes Paige, Emily, and Alison. Once we all settle Paige into the car carefully, we speed our way towards the hospital.

Paige's POV

How the fuck do I get shot? By own damn gun too.

As I lay in the backseat of Spencer's car, I try to contain the gushing blood that was exiting my body. Spencer would occasionally glare at me through the rearview mirror as she speeds to the hospital. I was holding onto Emily's hand while Emily interlocks her other with Alison's, I look over at their hands and caught both of their attention as I give them an awkward smile.
