ultimate Spider-Man tv show with my symbiote oc

I would like some to write this story if anyone see potential in Thai story okay so in short it's just the TV series and follows that story also I would like the spider team to be older like 17 or 18

So the ship's would make sense also use my oc Shane Benjamin and here is his bio Name : Shane Benjamin

Personality : usually sticks to him self and trys to get college done but is nice and helpful he does work out to pass time when he has no work to do and he will stand up for him self and likes to help people when he sees someone needed help but leaves right after

Likes : his cousin (Peter) and any family relatives and friends

Hate: bullies and people hurting innocent

Background : when shane went to college with his cousin peter ( am making Peter and the rest be at college and age of 17 or 18)

they went on a field trip to oscorp and was bitten by a Radioactive spider Peter was the normal one but Shane's one was stronger and and after that day they went hope cause they felt sick

But when shane got home and went to bed there was a space rock that hit his back yard and the black symbiote came out of it and climb it's way up to the open window and bond with Shane

(Also the symbiote good and am going to make it not related to venom because venom is still made by peters blood and it be scorn will be a she also she's good and Shane was cool for it to bond with him also not weaken by fire or sound  because Shane didn't fight the bond at all)

Symbiote name: scorn

Powers :
Super strength ( 3x stronger that Peter full strength plus the symbiote double that already strength)

Super agility

Spider sense

Venom blast

invisibility clock

Wall crawling

Super strong webs (also organic webbing)

Healing factor ( it's half as strong as Wolverine but only takes a day to heal but thks to the symbiote bonding it heal faster but not as fast as Wolverine like 5 hour at max healing)

Free styler fighting

Very smart

Love interest
(But they have the love interest with Shane does like them that way but dosnt want to hurt there friendship)

She Hulk (because Shane didn't treat her like a monster on sight or was afraid he wanted to be friend there and then with her and later on you saved her and she started to fall for shane)

White tiger ( reason for white tiger she look up to Shane when he saves people and theres barly any damages done to the city and shane helps her with her powers so when she got to know Shane better she started to fall for him)

Black cat ( she was interested by Shane because she thought Spiderman was like follow the rules and with Shane he does follow the rules but knows when to have fun with the powers but doesn't take it for granted and she finds out that Shane hot 🤣 so that's a bonus in her book)

Also this is set in the ultimate Spider-Man show and links with the other crossover hope people like my symbiote Spiderman oc 😁

Also Peter dosnt know Shane the black spider 😁
