So just came up with this challenge is that after Goku training with shenron he then meets whis and trained with him and got god ki and after that he heads back to earth still in his teens
And once he gets there everything changed no caplus corp or anything and turns out everyone know who he was because thanks to Mr saten everyone knows who saved the earth and there's a statue beside Captain America and Bucky statue in New York
And even Asgard knows of him even the enchantress knows him including Odin but they don't know he's a god now also they know he's an alien but they treat him as one of them because of how many times he saved the world
For shipping wise I would say harem because sense he's a god he need mates also he still be Goku but is smarter but not too smart like Tony stark or Hank pin
For the harem idea don't know but in short turns out universe 6 and 7 combined so that's kale and clifea would be in the story including vados
