You Alright

Tanner's POV

All I wanted to do was to help Paul but I guess he is really not having it today. I sigh, if Paul only knew how I felt him. I'm really worried for him because ever since he started dating Daniel, Paul just wasn't him. I want the old him back, I want to see his smile that just makes me feel all warm inside. I know that Connor knows more than me so I'm going to try to talk to him. I go into Paul and Connor's office to see if he gives me something.

"Hey Connor, I want to ask you something"

"Sure, what's up?" He responds.

"What's up with Paul, Im worried about him because I been wondering if it's something about him and his boyfriend cause he's not the old him" I told him.

"Why would you come to talk to me?"

"You know more about Paul then I do"

"Okay I will only tell you this, He is having a rough time and really doesn't want to talk to anyone about it" Connor said

"But-"

"I'm only telling you that"

"Okay, Thanks Connor" I responded

Well that didn't go as expected. I thought he was going to give me more information but I guess he wants to help Paul. I mean, I also want to help Paul. I'm going to try to talk to Paul, he needs more people to support him. I think the main problem is his boyfriend, he been shutting people out and I don't want that. Imma go talk to him.

"Hey Paul, can I talk to you a-alone?" I ask him

"Um, sure?"

*Paul comes out of his office then him and Tanner find a place to talk*

"Okay, so I was curious about what was going on because you have acting differently these days?" I tell him. Paul took time to answer the question, like if he was thinking about stuff.

"Umm... Tanner, I think I'm not ready to answer" He responded.

I could see tears running down his face. I tried to hug him but he just pushed me away and by there he just went into the bathroom. I tried pulling him towards me but instead of grabbing his hand, I grabbed his arm and he quickly removed my hand off of his arm. It looked like it hurt because I saw that he had a quick reaction to it. After that he locked himself in the bathroom.

"I just wanted to help" I said quietly
