Chapter Two

Kryss' Pov

I was expecting a girl so when I saw a guys back, I was confused

"Uh hi?" I said as more of a question
"Hey," he said turning around, "you must be the new roommate?" He said looking me up and down
"I don't think you have the right room..." I said, still confused
"Well, am I not is 597?" He said looking around the room
"Well, you are but," my roommate is a guy... and even worse, it's Eli Taylor
"Hi," he stepped closer to me and held out his hand, "I'm Eli-" I stopped him "Eli Taylor, I know who you are, you were known as a player in high school," I said shaking his hand
"So you've heard of me, you went to my high school?" He asked
"Yeah," I nodded and then it was quiet
"Soo," he started
"What?" I questioned
"Are you gonna tell me your name??" He said grinning
"Oh, it's Kryss" I laughed and my cheeks flushed red
"So, I intend on keeping my reputation so don't be too surprised when you see girls over." He said turning back around and grabbing his bags
"Umm, okay." I replied and watched him walk into his room

To be honest, I don't really care if he brings girls every night. Hopefully we can become friends though so it isn't awkward every time we see each other...

I mean, we are sleeping in the same dorm, showering in the same shower, and pissing in the same toilet

So, I hope to get to know him...

Eli's Pov

I set my bags down when I heard a voice come from behind me.

"Uh hi?" She said
She seemed confused. She was tan. Long brown hair and green eyes.
"Hey, you must be the new roommate?" I said looking at her figure
"I don't think you have the right room..." She said, still confused looking
"Well, am I not is 597?" I said looking around the room
"Well, you are but," she stopped
"Hi," I stepped closer to her and held out my hand, "I'm Eli-" she stopped him "Eli Taylor, I know who you are, you were known as a player in high school," She shook my hand.
So she knows me... Same high school maybe, unless she's friends with one of the girls from another school
"So you've heard of me, you went to my high school?" I asked
"Yeah," she nodded and then it was quiet
"Soo," I broke the silence
"What?" She questioned, confused again
"Are you gonna tell me your name??" I said grinning at how lost she was
"Oh, it's Kryss" She fake laughed and her cheeks flushed red
"So, I intend on keeping my reputation so don't be too surprised when you see girls over." I said turning back around and grabbing my bags.

I mean, I don't want her to get all bitchy or jealous or anything so it's good for her to know ahead of time

"Umm, okay." She replied and I walked to my room.

I think she got the point.

I put my bags down and shut the door.

I don't have too much stuff so I easily unpacked it all. My room already had a dresser and a bed.

I pulled out my sheets and blankets and laid them over the bare mattress. When I was filling out my dorm registration paper, I checked for a queen mattress instead of a twin; gotta have room for- well you know.

At the time too, I thought it'd be hot to have a girl roommate but now that I think about it; they're hella moody and hormonal... With a guy, I could show off but whatever.

I walked out of my room, and knocked on Kryss' door.

"Come in!" She said and i opened the door.

"Hey, I'm gonna go get some food from the store, what do you need?"

You may be thinking, Eli, why are you going grocery shopping, when you have a girl as a roommate! Well, I'm hungry, and though I'm a jackass, I'm an independent jackass

"Oh, I'll just come with!" She said jumping off her bed. I walked out the door and she came second. She shut the door and began walking towards me

"You aren't gonna lock it?" I said looking at her
"I don't ever really lock my doors, if you want me to I will though" she said looking back towards the door
"No it's fine" I said casually as possible. I walked to the elevator but she walked to the stairs

"Nah nah nah" I said and shook my head, she stopped, looked at me and then the stairs, then she got in the elevator with me.

"What, you like running or something?" I asked her as the elevator doors shut

"Yeah, every morning at six I go for a run" she said and I glanced at her

"Every morning at 6:30 I go to the gym" I said

"Well would you look at that, already found something in common about each other" she said smiling but not looking at me
"Yeah, I guess" I said back turning to face the same way she was

We got to my car and I played rap while we drove to the store, I was surprised when she rapped along to some of the songs

When we got to the store, she mostly got healthy stuff, almond milk, salads, fruits, but she got a lot of those little cheese wheel things. And she was excited when she found them too which was funny

I just got the normal; bread, milk, protein powder, chocolate milk, ham, turkey, and other stuff the you don't care about

Afterwards, Kryss insisted on going to Ikea for furniture

We were there for three hours.

Kryss got a bed frame, a dresser, a vanity, some drawers for the bathroom, a rug for her room and the living space. She also got a couch and a matching chair, two end tables and two night stands. Also some random little accessories for the bathroom, the kitchen, and her room, including a shower curtain.

I got a toilet paper stand and a set of those alphabet magnets that you put on your fridge

We finally left with four carts...

"Shit!" I said as I got to the car
"The fuck are we supposed to put all of this?!" I said looking at my camaro
"Shit!" She said running to the trunk
"What?! Is there a dent?! A scratch?! Was I hit?! Rear ended?!" I panicked running to the back of my car

"No! My milk!!" She yelled opening the truck revealing the groceries

Aw shit.

I picked up my phone and called my friend Matt to bring his dads pick up and we can make two trips

It was half an hour before he got to us, since Ikea is in the butt fuck of no where

"Okay so how are we going to do this?" Kryss asked looking at me

"I'll drive to the store and get new milk and you guys pack all the shit into the truck. I'll go back to the dorm afterwards and put away the groceries" I finished saying while walking to the drivers side of my car

"You're not even gonna help us put the stuff into the truck?!" Matt said looking at me then to Kryss then back to me

"It's mostly all her shit anyways" I defended

"It's fine, Matt" Kryss said, "See you back at the dorm" she waved at me and walked towards all of the carts

I started the car and drove to the store. I got everything we had bought that melted or spoiled and brought it back to the dorms.

I packed all of the bags onto my body and made a one trip to the dorm. I set all the stuff down and then I heard a loud obnoxious beeping noise. I walked towards the window to see what it was, and there was a big Ikea truck backing into a parking spot.

Smh.

After it came Matt in his pick up and Kryss in the passenger side.

I put all the groceries away and went down to help them bring everything up
