Kaminari knows how to swim, but he isn't so good at it. When he does it right, however, he gets really excited and lets out electric shocks, so everyone has to run out of the pool. It wasn't until Jirou and Yaomomo helped him (well, mostly Yaomomo, Jirou would only jab him with her quirk) swim better, and so far it's worked uwu
