Shinichi Age: 7
Normal P.O.V.
Niko was sitting in her room with shinichi reading a fairy tale.
"There's a princess in a tower 👸. Omg that's almost like me. Pretty maiden needs a haircut but the witch wont set her free, she passes singing like someone else I know. As years go bye sits there for years and...years??" Niko read real confused. Shinichi rolled his eyes. He was no fan of fairy tales. He thought they were dumb and childish but his friend like them so he had no choice.
"I'm gonna skip this part. In the end rapunzel finds a millionaire the prince is good at climbing, and braiding golden hair. " Niko read happily. Shinichi was just sitting there not caring.
"One day shinichi, I will marry a prince." niko said setting her book down sighing happily.
"There is no such thing as prince's and princesses." shinichi said cleaning his toys and putting them in his backpack. His parents were here to pick him up.
"I know he will come. I know its today. He'll show up today." she said then looked at the window.
"Oh niko..if only you knew you didn't need a prince and had me.." shinichi whispered and left her bedroom closing the door.
Niko Age: 13
Shinichi Age: 14
"There's a maiden in a coma trapped inside glass box. I wonder how does she pee." Niko pondered sitting on her carpet while shinichi laying in her bed bouncing his soccer ball up and down.
"I can't believe you still believe in those stupid fairy tales. There not real." shinichi said being a hater. He thought that book of fairy tales were the reason why you were crazy on marrying a prince and he despises that book so much. No, he HATES that book. It was a shock because shinichi loves books alot just not THAT book.
"Don't be such a baka shinichi. I am gonna get a prince someday. *laughs* I'm still looking for a wedding scenarios. I know he'll come. I know its today. He'll show up today." Niko said putting her book away. Shinichi huffed at her and picked up his bookbag and left with his soccer ball, walking on home.
Niko Age: 16 (today is birthday 🎂)
Shinichi age: 17
Niko was in her room while her birthday party was down stairs. It was a costume party and of course she was a princess. She wore a short (not to short) puffy (favorite color) dress and a tiara. As she got older she knew she wouldn't get a perfect prince but she could never find the one for her. She sat down at the starry night sky in awe. She thought of all the times when her and shinichi were kids and she read fairy tales while he complained about fairy tales. Suddenly her bedroom door opened to a teen boy dressed as a prince but he had a helmet on.
"Young maiden. Shouldn't you be downstairs celebrating with the rest?" he said with a smile that niko knows too much. She turned around and looked at the 'prince'.
"Shinichi is that you?" she asked. The teen prince took off his helmet to reveal Niko's childhood friend. Shinichi Kudo.
"Happy birthday Niko." shinichi said with a smile that sends girls over the mountains.
"Oh shinichi thank you for coming." niko said gushing. She didn't think he wouldn't make it because he's a detective. He is usually is too busy.
"Niko I wanted to ask you something..I know I may not be a prince but I wanted to know if you would be my girlfriend. The reason I always was upset about you and those fairy tales was because I wanted to be your prince. So niko, will you be my princess?" shinichi confessed. Niko was in a state of shocked. Then she started crying.
"Oh shinichi..you don't have to be a prince because I love you for you. I will be your girlfriend." she sobbed a little. Shinichi grabbed her arm and pulled her into a kiss. Niko gasped and then melted into the kiss. Then shinichi let go causing niko to blush.
"I don't really want to go back downstairs because im sick of sonoko bragging about her outfit.." shinichi said changing the the subject. This caused Niko to laugh.
"Can I read you a fairy tale? Even though its my birthday." niko asked. Shinichi had a bored expression on when he heard the word fairy tale but Niko used puppy dog eyes and he then gave in. So that night niko read her book of fairy tales to shinichi till they fell asleep as boyfriend and girlfriend.

"They are gonna be so mad..LOL." heiji said taking pictures with his phone. He was not the only one. It was Ran, Kazuha, and Sonoko. They were taking pictures also.
"Hattori quiet or they will hear us.." sonoko said still taking pictures.
"We should right on there faces." heiji said smirking. With that idea they all went downstairs to get markers to have some fun..
