Ayber: *flies towards Octo Valley, stumbling a few feet when he lands before hissing in pain while clutching his right arm. Red blood and blue ink covering his left hand and right arm*

Hiro: *watches him super jump away then looks down at William's colorless and lifeless body before shivering in fear*

Ayber: *limps over to what looks like a abandoned boat house and shoulders the door open gritting his teeth as his arm flares with fiery pain* Gah..!

Hiro: *waits until they are brought back to Inkopolis Square before running back to her apartment building and knocks on His door franticly only to have a sleepy Jayce open the door*

Jayce: *blinks sleepily as he opens the door* Hiro..?

Ayber: *shakes head weakly as his vision blurs, then sighs seeing two neatly made graves with purple morning glories covering two plank crosses* . . .

Hiro: Is Ayber here!? *tried to peek around him and inside the apartment* -!!!

Jayce: *squints at her confused* Wah- No he hasn't come back since he left with you.. Did something happen?

Ayber: *slowly walks over to the graves and rests his bloody left hand on the bigger cross marked* "Ami Grouper. 3026-3076" Hey.. I-I guess I turned ou-out just like Father huh Mother..? He'd be giving me a pat on the back if h-he was still here..

Hiro: *bites bottom lip before sighing and shoulders sag* William came back.. and Ayber umm.. " dealt" with him.

Jayce: *blinks twice before stiffening* H-he killed him... didn't he..? *tears start to well up in his eyes*

Ayber: *grimaces as his arm burns once again, then notices something glimmering out of the corner of his eye. ends up finding Lily's dog tags on the top of her cross* Lily..

Hiro: *brings him into a hug* Yes..

Jayce: *looks up at her before sniffling* If he's not here he is at the abandoned boat house in Octo Valley.. be careful..

Ayber: *grip tightens on the dog tags before letting them rest around his neck, eyes having faded to a monotone orange* ...

Hiro: *hugs him tightly before changing to a bird then flies towards Octo Valley*

Jayce: *watches her fly away before closing the door and locking it again*

Ayber: *turns towards the Ancient Weapon leaning against the wall then walks over to it and changes it back to a E-Liter 3K* How did William find you..?  *bullet wound in his arm starts to heal and vanish leaving a new green scar*

Hiro: *lands on top of the boat house as a bird and hops down to the inside*

Ayber: *hears something enter and whips around pointing the E-Liter at her, eyes having reverted back to crimson* –!

Hiro: *freezes and changes back to her Inkling form putting her arms in front of her face* Wait! Wait! Its Hiro don't shoot!!

Ayber: *narrows eyes at her and lowers the weapon then sighs* Why are you here Hiro.

Hiro: *lowers her arms and runs forward hugging him tightly*

Ayber: *stumbles back alittle not expecting her to hug him* !?

Hiro: *doesn't let go or loosen grip on him at all* I was afraid you wouldn't come back!

Ayber: *hesitates before slowly hugging her back* I wasn't planing on coming back..

Hiro: *stiffens and looks up at him* W-Why..?

Ayber: *lets go of her and kneels down so they are eye level* I've murdered Inklings Hiro. I Can't go back without putting you and Jayce at risk.

Hiro: *runs her finger over the now green scar over his right eye* Why are they green...?

Ayber: *face hardens into a frown and holds her wrist taking it away from his face* Octavio had commanders Hiro... I'm one of them

Hiro: *tenses and eyes wide* But all the commanders are dead!

Ayber: *puts a strong hand on her shoulder and looks at her sadly* No. they are not.
