He gripped it and stood up, a spark of determination washing away the white abyss to reveal the old sewer that he found comfort in. He looked ahead into the darkness, his frown transforming into his trademark foxy grin.

And I also have a way to get out of here.

.........................................................................................................................................................

Naruto returned to reality, ignoring the pain that stabbed through his body.

I can handle this pain. I am an ANBU commander. I am the most hated person in Konoha, where civilians somehow  can harm an innocent child. I....

CAN DO THIS!

A devious smile settled onto his lips, an inaudible chuckle released into the air.

This is going to be fun.

Naruto thrashed around once more, knowing attempts of breaking free was  useless. He ' wailed' in pain and threats. Kakuzu enters in, with the Lead Sprinkler. Naruto didn't dare to flinch. He needed to stay strong for his plan to work. Kakuzu threateningly moves the Sprinkler but this doesn't faze the ANBU captain a bit a bit. Go on. You won't get any fear that you want.

He heard Kakuzu's teeth making a gnashing sound. Yes, just a little more.

"I thought about whatever you said. That no-one would save me. And I should just give in." Naruto could  smell the scent of victory that Kakuzu gave off. Greedy guy.

" And I say yes.....

When hell freezes over".

There was a pause. Silence. Tension built up in the room. Then Kakuzu cracked.

"ARGH! I'M GONNA KILL YOU BRAT!"

He darted towards the bench, jumping in the air while slamming down the Lead Sprinkler into Naruto's abdomen. Pain raced  through his body, blood spewing out of his wounds and mouth. He felt pain but, for his plan  to work- he needed to act. So Naruto gasped and sobbed from the pain while closing his eyes, giving Kakuzu the satisfaction of 'putting me in an unconscious state'. But really, on the inside- Naruto was cackling with happiness.  He could just taste freedom in the stale air.

Naruto cracked open my eyelids, glancing across the room to check if Kakuzu had vanished. And he did, which meant Part 1 was going to commence. Naruto distinctively remembered a seal that replenishes the user's chakra and energy. It, of course needed ink, which has chakra. Naruto's blood was the ink and Kakuzu had so graciously pumped chakra into his body during that 'epic' slam.

Even the smallest seal could save Naruto.

Naruto wriggled his toes around in my blood, scanning around to find anyone that came into the room. His toes scrapped across the metal board, curling it to act as his fingers. His toes ached and cramped but he ignored it, opting to concentrate on doing precise strokes.

Thud.

Naruto sore under his breath as he practically smudged the design by trying to look like he was knocked out. The footsteps grew quieter. Good lord. He tried again, this time complete with success.

"Kai." He changed his left hand's position into a half tiger seal. Immediately, Chakra and energy flowed through his body. Naruto breathed out in relief as he coated my arms with undetectable amounts of Chakra before Karate chopping through the ropes. He relaxed against the cold metal table. I was free.
