Part 1

Hi there,
My name is Briana. Im just a normal girl. I live with my mom, my dad and my brother, Alex. Im almost 15 and my brother is 17 years old. Everything used to be ok until my dad lost his job. He used to be a manager of this singer and everything was going great. He was making her and himself a lot of money. But she didn't want to sing anymore and she ended her career. That's why my dad lost his job. He's been searching for someone to manage but he's having no luck yet.
One day my dad came home very happy.
Dad: I have great news!
Mom: What is it?
Dad: I've got a Job offer!
Me: Really?!
Dad: Yeah.
Alex: Who will you work for?
Dad: It's this boy band called Why Don't We.
Me: Omg really?!
Why Don't We...Why Don't We, my favorite band. This is unbelievable. It's always been my dream to meet them. I just cant believe that my dad will be their Manager.
Me: How in the world did you get a job offer to be their manager?
Dad: Well my friend David that is their manager at the moment will retire soon and he heard that I lost my job so he decided that I would be a good replacement.
Me: Wait, you have a friend that knows the Why Don't We guys? Why haven't you ever told me? They are my favorite band.
Dad: You've never told me that they're your favorite band.
Me: Oh, well that makes sense.
Alex: When wil you start your new job?
Dad: I'll start as soon as the guys are done with their tour, which is in a month. We will also be moving to LA.
Wait we are going to move to LA?! It's always been my dream to move to LA. Currently we live in Connecticut. I mean I love Connecticut, but it's not as interesting as LA. This is going to be amazing.
I could tell that my brother wasn't as pschyed as me. I went to ask him why.
Me: Hey what's wrong?
Alex: I don't know. Im not that excited to go to LA.
Me: But why? LA is awesome.
Alex: I guess that I'll miss my friends.
Me: But you'll keep contact. Plus we're going to come visit.
Alex: Yeah I guess...
Me: Come on! Cheer up! We're going to LA.
Alex: You always know how to make me happy.
Me: Of course I do.
What a great day! I cant wait to go to LA and meet the boys.
