~Nina's POV~
"But Erik don't get me wrong" I said and his demeanor changed quickly as he sat up which made me sit up. "I love you forever & always but we can't get back together no right now at least" I said. I can tell I hurt him a little bit because he grabbed his shoes & left

~this is where it actually starting & getting good at that~

I dropped Destiny off and headed over to campus going to my first class which I knew Erik was going to be in. We haven't talked for a whole month since I told him we can't get back together it's like I hit a nerve in his body or something.

I walked in and luckily I have the same class as 1 of my campus friends Mackenzie I sat next to her and she looked at me confused. "Why you not sitting next to Erik" she asked and I looked at her before looking over at him until a girl sat next to him and she probably intrigued him cause she was over there laughing & giggling up a storm.

"We broke up" I told her and she looked at me surprised. I was a little surprised too but I couldn't hold on to that relationship if I knew the risks I was taking by going into that relationship a little too fast just from a summer fling.

"Don't tell niggas that though" she said and laughed. If Erik was seen with a bunch of girls I knew sooner or later the boys on our campus would soon found out and start trying to hit on me and stuff but I wasn't for the bullshit as of right now I'm worried about getting this year over with cause I still got fucking 2 years left.

Before Me & Mackenzie could share anymore the Teacher came in and since it was the first day back that meant a long ass Lecture that nobody was looking forward too that's why most of us today sat in the far back "Ok so welcome to the First day back I hope you all had a great time on your Summer break My names Mr.Roberson and I will be your General Algebra II professor nice to meet all of you" he said.

He was boring and talked sooo long I thought the lecture would never be over I had to head to my next class which I knew I would be alone in and I'm kinda glad I get to just chill out and not worry about anything.

I walked inside of the class only to see Erik talking to his friends and Steelo when I walked in there eyes immediately went on me. I walked to the back of the room and found a seat I wasn't Early or late to class but the professor was sitting at the desk. I pulled out my phone cause she seemed like she was waiting on a little more students to show up.

I was texting Elizabeth & Skyler about how awkward this fucking class is right now you don't know how it feel to be in a class with your ex THAT HASNT CALLED OR TEXTED you for a whole month but was supposed to deploy last month and they cancelled it ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW.

E: 😂I feel bad for you Mani but you gotta learn
S: I do to but Mani just stay quiet sooner or later that class going to end
N: Y'all I don't feel comfortable in this damn class the over here staring at me and when I look up and look over to them they turn amongst themselves I DONT KNOW WTF IS GOING ON BUT I DONT FUCKING LIKE IT🙅🏾‍♀️
S: over reacting do you think Erik would let them do something🤔
N: Sabra that's not the point
E: Damn I know she mad now she called you by your real name😂😂
N: NAILAH IM NOT MAD IM LIVID but I gotta go this damn class starting
E: I know you mad but you ain't gotta use our real names💯 chill out and get to working

I closed my phone and turned my ringer off and paying attention to the Professor as she began her lecture but it wasn't as boring as the last one.

I left out the classroom and texted Skyler to see where we was all meeting at since Her & Elizabeth got the same class.

N:Where we meeting at?
S: are you calm??
N: Yes it was just I didn't like the fact that they kept looking at me
S: umm meet us at Starbucks I don't got no more classes today
N: I do I got 1 more which means another lecture😒
S: Welp I pray for you😘
N:dont antagonize me Sabra
S: My fault Imani.😂

I close my phone laughing before reaching into my purse searching for my keys as I walked out there they were staring at me again. What the fuck is there problem I walked towards my car before I was stopped by somebody I never thought I see again. Lexi.

"What the fuck" I said and she just smiled holding her hands out in jazz hands "Surprise" she said hugging me I hugged her back quickly before she smiled and looked at me "Nigga where have you been?" I asked her and she just rolled her eyes "I had to go back to Colorado"

I grab her hand and walk towards my car "Damn Nina you upgraded" she said looking at my car "I crash my other one don't ask" I said unlocking the door "My bitch got a whole Nissian GT-R" she said smiling "I still see you know your cars by heart" I said putting my purse in the backseat and getting in the front seat.

I drove over to Starbucks and the same looks that was on my face was on Skyler & Elizabeth we all caught. She told us how she transferred to our college and I was excited it felt like the gang was back together

"So I heard you and Erik go out now" Lexi said and my whole face frowned up "Nah we just rec-" I said before I was interrupted by Erik coming over "Wassup Lex long time no see" he said smirking "Hey Erik" she said smiling. I didn't even look at him but he looked at me and kept walking.

This nigga really giving me the silent treatment.
