Zayley Carson is the girl on the streets in London that everyone tries to avoid. No one knows anything about her clouded past, only that it was enough to make her leave her hometown to start her life over. She goes around on her skateboard, reads books, and always has a can of blue spray paint and a pistol in her belt, taking the same route everyday to the same unknown place, donating money to local police departments but remaining anonymous. A girl like that can only mean trouble for a good boy like Thomas Sangster, who may need to be Zayley's hero and protect her from someone far more dangerous than anyone expected.
