As expected, Jeongyeon drove Nayeon to her new home. It wasn't too tricky to follow the address Mr. Im gave her since the place was luxurious, meaning that it was quite a famous destination. It was a tall building with 10 exact floors. Nayeon observed it attentively while the blonde to her left tried to park the vehicle.

"Why did my parents give me an apartment instead of a house?" The passenger thought out loud.

Jeongyeon shifted her weight slightly to the right while putting one hand behind the passenger's seat for support. "I don't know." she responded under her breath, clearly focused on something else.

The brunette subtly glanced towards the younger girl. "You know that there's no cars on either side of this slot right?" she pointed out with a strange urge to tease the blonde. Just to see what response might come out of her mouth.

"Yes, I know." Jeongyeon replied in a monotone voice. Nayeon looked at her strangely. She never really had the skill to read the younger girl's facial expression.

When the car was finally done parking, Nayeon was the first one to get off the vehicle and immediately walk inside the building, Jeongyeon trailed patiently from behind.

"Hi, I'm Im Nayeon and I have an apartment now." She smiled sheepishly. The employee reacted confusingly, but Jeongyeon came up to her side just in time.

"I have your key to your apartment number – 90." The blonde informed, holding up a familiar object. Nayeon looked at the key for a brief moment before snatching it off to the elevator. Jeongyeon was left behind once again.

After a few moments of waiting to get to the desired level, the elevator door finally opened. Nayeon walked eagerly down the hall while also keeping an eye out for a door with the number 90. She stopped along the way when she noticed she found it. Leisurely, she put the designated key inside the doorknob and twisted it open.

Nayeon set her eyes inside the apartment with a distinctive strange look on her face, confusing Jeongyeon who was still behind her. When she moved to get a better view, she immediately understood Nayeon's reaction.

The whole place was empty. There weren't any tables, couches, TV, or anything else that Nayeon expected to be already prepared. The only thing clearly displayed were boxes of her belongings.

She huffed in annoyance, "It seems like I'm in charge of buying my own stuff too, huh?" The younger girl put on a slight smile in response. She remembered how her house started like empty as well which gave her a sense of familiarity.

"Let's find your room." Jeongyeon broke Nayeon's worried train of thoughts. She obediently followed the blonde's words and walked by her side. She hoped her room at least had a bed to sleep on.

That hope suddenly vanished when she never came across a room with a bed on it. All of them were empty, just like the rest of the areas.

"They can't be serious." Nayeon spoke out desperately.

Jeongyeon shook her head, "They should've gave you a bed at least."

"But they didn't!" Nayeon shouted angrily, "Did they expect me to buy a bed at this time?!"

Jeongyeon casually glanced at her watch. "Most stores are closed by now-"

"Yes, of course." The older girl rolled her eyes. Hopelessly, she let herself fall dramatically down to the floor. An awkward silence now towered her and the other blonde.

Jeongyeon knew that leaving Nayeon here would be a terrible idea. It wouldn't be right, so she tried to think of a way to help her out. Suddenly, an obvious idea popped up in her mind.
