Nagisa's eyes widened.

"That's your shirt, Makoto?", he asked, full of curiosity.

Makoto blushed slightly.

"Yeah, that's my blue shirt she's wearing.", he said, feeling a little embarrassed.

"Wasn't it obvious? That shirt is way too big for her.", Rei whispered to Nagisa.

Nagisa started giggling like a school girl.

"Ohh~! You like Kaito-chan! Don't you? Don't you?!", Nagisa chimed, taking full notice that Makoto did in fact like Kaito.

"H-Huh?! No I don't! She's just a good friend! That's all!", Makoto stuttered his words, clearly showing that he was lying.

"Sure, Mako-chan, whatever you say! Mako-chan likes Kaito-chan! Mako-chan likes Kaito-chan!

Mako-chan likes Kaito-chan!", Nagisa chanted, spinning around in circles.

Makoto sighed; maybe there was no denying it. Well, at least around Nagisa, anyways.

"Nagisa-kun! Be quiet! She might hear you!", Rei scolded Nagisa.

Nagisa covered his mouth with his hands. That didn't stop him from chanting quietly.

"Mako-chan likes Kaito-chan!

Mako-chan likes Kaito-chan!", he chanted, quieter this time.

Rei sighed. There was no stopping Nagisa at this point.

Makoto nervously laughed at Nagisa and Rei, until he could feel blue eyes piercing through him. He turned around to face Haru, whose face was expressionless as ever. He smiled at him.

"Guess there's no denying it around you either, Haru.", Makoto said.

Haru turned his head away, not wanting to face his friend. Makoto became a little concerned. He stared at Haru's eyes. They were darker than usual. Not because they were all in the shade, but because of something else. Makoto could definitely read Haru's mind all the time, but this time, he just couldn't figure it out.

Suddenly, Nagisa jumped onto Makoto's back, clutching into his shoulders. Makoto jumped back in surprise.

"Don't worry, Mako-chan! Your secret is safe with me!", Nagisa said.

"Everyone! Gather round!", Gou said.

Nagisa hopped off of Makoto's back, and everyone gathered around Gou and Kaito.

"You all did good today! Keep practicing like that, and we'll be the best! So, any suggestions for dinner?", Gou said, her voice cheery as usual.

"Anywhere is fine Gou-ch-", Makoto was interrupted by Nagisa.

"A place with lots of deserts!", Nagisa said, his bubbly personality getting the better of him.

"A place with mackerel.", Haru jumped in.

Makoto, Rei and Gou sighed. It was usual for this to happen.

"Oh! I have an idea! Let's have Kaito-chan decide!", Nagisa chimed.

Everyone nodded, including Haru.

"Where do you want to eat,

Kaito-kun?", Gou asked her.

Kaito didn't know what to reply. She wasn't very good at making decisions. So, she decided to tell the truth.

"I can't eat with you guys, I'm sorry. My brother is probably already home, and I can't just have no one watch him. I have to go home, I'm sorry.", Kaito told them solemnly.

Gou and Nagisa sighed in sync, until Gou had an idea.

"Well, I'm not letting that happen! Let's just eat somewhere near your house, so you don't have to run or walk very far!", Gou suggested.

Kaito liked that idea.

"Okay, sounds good.", Kaito replied calmly.

It wasn't too late out anyway, and she knew that her brother was to never answer the door, unless it was her special knock, in which he knew it was her. Nagisa cheered with happiness, and everyone else smiled, except for Haru, of course.
