Tashi saw Ram and his friends turn to go to their horses, Tashi turned and started walking towards Thunder.
“Princess, is this yours?” David asked.
Tashi turned around and saw her gold dragonfly necklace dangling from David’s hand. Her hand flew up to her neck and she knew that it was hers. “Oh, yes,” she said moving towards him. “Thank you.” She reached him and stretched her arm towards the necklace, but he moved it away before Tashi could touch it.
“Why don’t I put in on you Princess,” he said with a smile on his lips.
“That’s alright. I’ll put in on myself,” Tashi said and reached for her necklace again. She took it and quickly tied it around her neck.
Before she could take a step towards her horse, David grabbed her arm and pulled her into his body. She struggled to get free but couldn’t. She screamed for Ram but Tom gagged her and her scream was cut short.
“Where did you think you were going? You’re coming with us,” Adam whispered into her ear.
“TASHI!” Ram and his friends emerged through the trees on their horses and froze at what they saw. Then they all took their swords out and started riding towards them.
James moved towards Tashi and ripped the sleeves of her dress. Then Tom started pulled the straps of her now ruined dress down a little and kissed her shoulders. David kissed her neck and tears streamed down Tashi’s face.
David looked up to see Ram and his friends with their swords raised and disgusted looks on their faces. “Now that we’ve got your attention,” David said. He laughed and his friends joined in.
“Leave her alone,” Ram said through gritted teeth. They had all jumped off their horses and were standing in front of them facing David and Tashi.
Tashi wriggled around and managed to get her hands free from David. She pushed off of him and started running towards Ram, but James was too quick for her. He grabbed her by the waist and pushed her towards Adam. Adam tied her hands and feet together and pushed her to David. David caught her, wrapped an arm around her waist and pulled her into his body again.
“If you take one more step forwards, I’ll...” David kissed her on the neck and shoulders and let them work out the rest of the sentence for themselves.
“You wouldn’t,” Jon said, shaking his head.
David pulled a knife out of his pocket and sliced the middle part of Tashi’s dress, so it looked like the skirt was separated from the top. Then he bent down and kissed the scar on her stomach.
“Do you really think I wouldn’t?” he asked maliciously. He got the knife and touched the flat part of it to the faint pink scar on Tashi’s stomach. “I see the mark I left hasn’t disappeared.”
Ram and his friends gasped.
“You left that mark?” Ram said, shocked.
“I didn’t want to hurt her, but she was trying to escape,” David said nuzzling Tashi’s neck. “What could I do? I was going to take her then, but I heard you talking and decided to leave before you came.”
“Let her go,” Daniel said. “What has she done to you?”
“Nothing. But I have a job to do and if we deliver her to our boss, he’ll make me and my friends rich,” David said.
“Leave her alone,” Ram said. “Take me instead.”
“Oh, I plan to. If we take you along as well, we get bonuses. So you’ll be coming with us too,” Tom said, smiling.
