Chapter 7: The third task

The third task is finally happening and I'm ready and Grandfather Lagravis taught me enough spells that should help me and I invited all of my friends and their parents and I invited some of the Tigers from the Tiger Tribe and of course I invited Grandfather Tormak and Great Uncle Lavertus and when I came out of the changing rooms I had to wear this as the uniform I had to wear

and I'm still getting used to wearing long-sleeved shirts like from my martial arts uniform I wear for my training and I had to wear black sweatpants with red strips on both the sides of my legs and when I came out after James I saw my friends and my family from Chima and they were cheering for me and a lot of the students here at Hogwarts were also cheering for me and the other champions and the ones cheering for me had my last name painted on their foreheads and some had other things but right now professor Dumbledore is telling everyone how this is going to work and that if we don't want to continue in this when we enter the maze that we can just send out Red Sparks and now we have to huddle up with professor Dumbledore and he told us that the maze changes people and we should be careful which I was way ahead of him with that and Grandfather Lagravis was waiting to where I go to enter the maze and professor Dumbledore told everyone that only the new Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher professor Moody only knows exactly where the Tri-Wizard Cup is and we were told in order to find it we would have to go northwest and Grandfather Lagravis taught me the Four-Points Charm which basically can make my wand levitate above my hand and the tip of my wand would point north or just create a blue ball of light and just fly in different directions and show me exactly where I need to go but I'm gonna do this fairly and use the Four-Points Charm like how we're supposed to so after professor Dumbledore was done telling us how this works he told us to take our positions and I have to go at the same time as James and the other 2 will go in and I gave Grandfather Lagravis a hug and he wished me luck and after I entered the maze the entrance covered itself into a wall of a hedge so I turned back around and I was facing a pathway and it was pretty dark so I pointed my wand forward a little "Lumos" I said and a ball of light appeared on the tip of my wand so now I can see better so I started walking and came across some other pathways and I turned to some and when I felt like I wasn't going anywhere I opened my hand "Point Me" I said and my wand started levitating above my hand and pointed to a pathway that was in front of me and there were 2 more pathways that go forward but a bit to the right and the same but on the left and west is completely left so I went on the pathway on the left next to the one that goes straight and after a lot of hours I heard that girl from that French witches academy scream so with my instincts as a ninja that protects people I ran as fast as I could to where she screamed and when I found it I found the student from that Chinese wizarding school and when I hid by trying to blend in with the hedge that are the walls of this maze I accidentally stepped and snapped a twig and the student turned around quickly and pointed his wand at my face and there was a small green ball of light on the tip of his wand and I looked at him shocked and just stood there and I saw that his eyes didn't have any colour because where his eyes would be a kind of colour they were just greyish and he lowered his wand and the ball of light that was on his wand disappeared and he just walked away and I watched him go and I went to where he came from and I was shocked to see that girl from that French witches academy trapped in devil's snare and was unconscious so I ran to her and she was getting pushed under the wall "Hey, can you hear me?" I asked her and she's clear unconscious "Dammit" I swore and I got back up and looked at my wand then at the sky then I raised my wand "Periculum!" I yelled while flicking my wand at the sky and shot a really bright red ball of light out of the tip of my wand and it was shot and just hovered where exactly I pointed my wand and I left so people can find and help her because I wasn't fast enough to help her because I don't know how to revive someone when their stunned or knocked out so I left so no one would think I casted the Red Sparks Charm so after I went looking around again I heard when my parents and my sister disappeared and I turned to my right and I was shocked at what was down that pathway because the thing down the pathway was a Dementor and it was making me hear when my family disappeared 9 years ago so I closed my eyes and thought with everything I got on a memory I made up where my parents and my sister back home safely and that made me smile and a tear of happiness streamed down my face and I opened my eyes and faced the Dementor and I raised my wand "EXPECTO PATRONUM!!!!" I screamed and flicked and pointed my wand at the Dementor and my Lion Patronus bursted out of the tip of my wand and made a loud lion roar and it charged at the Dementor and instead of getting rid of it it just stumbled upon it and I found that VERY Weird because I've never seen a Dementor stumble from a Patronus then I realized that it wasn't a Dementor "Wait a minute...you're not a Dementor...YOU'RE A BOGGART!" I exclaimed when I realized that it was a Boggart then I raised my wand again and thought of something very funny "Riddikulus!" I exclaimed flicking my wand at the Boggart pretending to be a Dementor and it blew up into a confetti and I found that a bit funny so the Boggart was gone and that had to be one of the worst things I've ever experienced besides the fact that in my first year I almost died stopping Voldemort from getting The Philosopher's Stone and in the Chamber of Secrets I almost died again from Basilisk venom and in my third year me and Cragger Junior's souls were almost sucked out of our mouths from 100 Dementors so I should really be more careful because I don't want another near death experience for a very long time I just want to get this over with, find out who put my name in the Goblet of Fire and find out how that Chinese wizard student is bewitched because Grandfather Lagravis taught me about the 3 Unforgivable Curses and how forbidden they are and that I'm the only one known to have survived the Killing Curse and he told me that as soon as the Killing Curse touches you you die instantly and the Shield Charm won't block it because if I try to use Protego against the Killing Curse it'll shatter the shield and hit me at the same time so I better be careful not to get hit by it and try to dodge it or something then I got chased by a giant wind storm and the walls start closing in so ran as fast as I could and I found another pathway and just dived at it 'Thank Cavora, I got out of there in time' I thought to myself and I got back up and I heard a glimmering kind of noise and I turned to it and I was shocked because I can see the Cup and so I ran as fast as I could to get there but then I heard the Chinese student from that Chinese wizard school and I heard him yell an incantation in Chinese I think and I turned to where he yelled it and I saw a green ball of light being conjured up on the tip of his wand and he shot a jet of green light at me and I managed to dodge it "GET DOWN!" I heard James yell and I turned to where I heard him yell at me to get down and I was shocked that the Chinese wizard student was aiming at James and he almost got hit by the green jet of light but he had his back against the wall and the green jet of light hit the wall but a bit close to him and he switched to the other side "GET DOWN YOUR HIGHNESS!" James yelled at me so I dropped to the ground "STUPEFY!" yelled James and I saw him flick his wand at the student attacking him and I saw a sky blue jet of light burst out and shot straight at the Chinese student and I saw that James's Stunning Charm hit the student straight into his chest and I saw that he was thrown off his feet and landed what looked painfully on his back and his eyes were closed and he was just laying motionless on the ground and I think James casted the Stunning Charm to forcefully and knocked him out cold and James ran to the student and kicked his wand out of his hand and I was getting back up and I ran to James because he was pointing his wand at the student so I grabbed his arm and held him back "NO! STOP!" I yelled at James "HE'S BEWITCHED, JAMES!" I yelled at him and he threw me off him "GET OFF ME!" he roared at me and I got back up and held him back again "HE'S BEWITCHED!" I yelled at him and he got out of my grip and ran somewhere and I followed him and we finally found the path that leads straight to the Cup "Yes" I told him and we took off running at the exact same time and I was quite a bit faster than him so I slowed down only a tiny bit and we were running next to each other and then the next thing I know roots from the ground came out and tried grabbing our legs and the bush walls came out and tried stopping us but we just pushed through and I heard James grunt of pain and I heard a loud thud and the bush walls and the roots stopped and I looked back for a second and was shocked that the roots got James and I saw his wand on the ground and he kept trying to grab it but the roots kept pulling him away from it so I stopped running "AIDAN!" James called to me and I turned to the Cup and then at James quite a few times "AIDAN! HELP ME!" James yelled to me and I didn't know what to do "AIDAN PLEASE!" James begged for my help and I always help those who are desperate for my help so I turned to James and pointed my wand at him but I was actually aiming for the root tied around his arm so he can grab his wand "REDUCTO!" I roared and a blue jet of light bursted out of the tip of my wand and hit some of the roots on his arms so he took the chance I gave him and grabbed his wand and I ran back to him and started helping him get the roots off him and helped him up and we were panting quite a bit heavily "Thanks, Aidan" said James "No problem, helping and saving people's what I do" I replied "You know, for a moment, I thought, you were gonna let it get me" said James "You know, for a minute, so did I" I replied and that's actually true because I thought for a minute that I was gonna leave him behind but what stopped me was saying in my head 'It's not what mom, dad or Li'Ara would have wanted me to do' so that's what got me to help James "Some game, huh?" James asked me "Some game" I replied and the same wind storm that happened to me happened here and the Cup is down the path behind us and we saw that the walls were closing in again "GO!" James yelled and we turned around and started running at the same time and at the same speed and we made it the Cup was levitating and spinning slowly in front of us "Go on, take it" James told me but I refused "YOU SAVED ME, TAKE IT!" James yelled at me and the walls kept closing in "TOGETHER!" I yelled to him and he agreed "ONE!" I yelled "TWO, THREE!" both me and James yelled at the same time and we dived at the Cup and grabbed one handle on both sides even though it has 3 handles and both of us grabbed it at the exact same time but we didn't win we were teleported somewhere else.
