Chapter 26: Teaching Expecto Patronum

- Aidan's Prov
After Christmas and having quite a long break of teaching I decided that because everyone's gotten so far I think it's time for them to learn how to conjure up a Patronus of their own and I know it's going to be hard for them but I'll try my best to explain to them how to conjure a Patronus so after a few days I decided that the next lesson will begin tomorrow and everyone from Chima were pretty excited about what the next lesson is going to be so the next day we're all back in the Room of Requirement and I was about to tell everyone what today's lesson is but I was interrupted by a Hufflepuff girl named Hannah "Aidan?" Hannah asked me "Yeah?" I replied "My aunt says you can produce a fully-corporeal Patronus" she said to everyone "Is it really true?" Hannah asked me "Yeah, my Patronus is a lion like the Lion Legend Beast" I replied and everyone actually seemed pretty shocked "Why don't you teach us Expecto Patronum?" Rose asked me "Actually that was what today's lesson is" I told her and everyone seemed pretty excited to know that their gonna learn the Patronus Charm and everyone spread out so they can have enough space to cast it and I told everyone that in order to cast it they need to think of an extremely happy memory and I told everyone the incantation but they couldn't cast it properly so I started walking around "Make it a powerful memory" I told everyone while making a fist and shaking it "The most happiest you can remember, and allow it to fill you up" I told everyone and I saw everyone kept trying and I saw that they were casting it but not yet properly because they were just shooting beams of mist and I saw a Gryffindor boy named Finn who always gets the spells wrong and he ends up with ash on his face and I saw that he wasn't getting it right "Keep trying Finn, never give up" I told him and he heard me and kept trying and I walked up to Jason's older brothers Phillip and Gregory "Greg, it's your turn now" I told him and he nodded then got in a ready stance then raised his wand "Expecto Patronum!" Gregory yelled while flicking his wand at the ceiling and a beam of mist came out of the tip of his wand and he kept trying and I continued walking around "A full bodied Patronus is the most difficult to produce, but shield forms can also be equally useful against a variety of opponents" I told everyone and I heard Julie mutter the incantation while swishing and flicking her wand and a huge beam of mist bursted out of the tip of her wand and was turning into something "FANTASTIC JULIE!" I yelled and her Patronus turned into a horse then faded away "Just remember" I continued "Your Patronus can only protect you for as long as you stay focused" I told everyone "So focus everyone" I told everyone and walked up to Lily "Lily?" I asked and made sure she was doing okay and she nodded in response "Expecto Patronum" I heard Rose say and I turned to her and I saw that she conjured up an otter Patronus and I kept hearing everyone say the incantation and I saw so many people conjuring up different Patronuses and I saw that Laval conjured the same Lion Patronus as mine and I saw Tormak conjure up a Phoenix Patronus and I saw that Lavertus and Lagravis conjured up lion Patronuses too and I saw Li'Ella conjure up a lioness Patronus and I saw Simon can't do it right so I went up next to him to help him "Think of the most happiest thing you can" I told him "Expecto Patronum" said Simon and a really faint ball of mist came out and immediately faded away and then Simon turned to me "I-I'm trying" Simon stuttered nervously "No I know, it's good, your doing great" I replied then I continued walking around "This is extremely advanced magic everyone, you're all doing so well, I'm very proud of all of you" I told everyone "Expecto Patronum" I heard from Jason and I turned to him and he conjured up a kind of dog for a Patronus and it actually knocked over Simon then I saw Lily flick her wand "Expecto Patronum" I heard her say then a huge ball of mist bursted out of her wand and turned into a rabbit and started bouncing everywhere and everyone kept casting Patronuses but then we heard a loud rumble and everyone's Patronuses faded away and there was another loud rumble then the glass mirrors that were replaced for the doors fell off the wall and shattered all over the floor and there was a hole in the wall and I walked up to it and looked through the hole and I saw so many Slytherin students with Filtch and the new Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher on the other side "It's the new Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher" I told everyone "How did she find us?" Jason asked and everyone was panicking a bit "Why does that matter?" I asked everyone "RUN!" I yelled at everyone and I opened a portal back to the past and at the lion temple "Aidan what are you doing?" Laval asked me "WHAT ARE ALL OF YOU WAITING FOR!?" I asked/yelled at everyone "RUN!" I yelled at everyone and I made the tribes from Chima go back to their timeline but I told everyone that I'll keep them busy and buy everyone some time to escape and they all thought I was insane but I know what I'm doing...I hope so I opened a portal so the students can escape without being spotted and before I could close the portals the wall blew up and I was knocked over by the shockwave and everyone looked through the portals and saw that I was down "AIDAN!" Laval yelled and everyone came back and helped me and the dust cleared up and the Slytherins, Filtch and the new Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher all saw us and we were all taken and I tried warning them about the very little time I have left before I'm sent back to the past but none of them listened because their too stupid to listen and the Minister for Magic was here and I tried telling him that in a few minutes now I'm going to be sent back into the past by force but he didn't even listen so this clearly isn't going to go well.
