Meeting

"Fuck.." Beca groaned as the alarm jolted her awake.

"Rise and shine" Chloe said from the bathroom door.

Beca opened her eyes and looked over at the woman who was curling her hair. Her hand was on her hip as the other held the curler in her hair; waiting a few seconds before pulling it out.

"What time is it?" Beca asked.

"Seven" Chloe answered and disappeared back into the bathroom to finish her hair.

"No good morning kiss.." Beca muttered under her breath as she got out of the bed.

Usually Chloe would always give Beca a small kiss when she woke up. The redhead was always up before her so she would always kiss her to shut her up about being up early. It was a small gesture, but Beca had become accustomed to it.

Beca walked into the bathroom seeing Chloe starting her makeup. In the beginning Beca just waited to use the bathroom, but now she did even if Chloe was there.

"It's early" Beca mumbled as she sat down on the toilet.

"We're going to breakfast before my meeting" Chloe reminded her.

"Did I agree?" Beca muttered.

"Yeah," Chloe said as she heard the toilet flush and Beca walk over to the sink to wash her hands. "You did"

"Can't recall" Beca muttered again with an attitude.

"Lose the attitude, Mitchell" Chloe darted her eyes to meet Beca's eyes in the mirror.

"And if I don't?" Beca pushed.

"What is your issue?" The redhead asked and looked over at Beca.

Beca looked to her right to see Chloe looking her in the eyes. She turned the water off and slipped her tongue between her lips.

"What do you think?" Beca whispered and dried her hands off before leaving the bathroom.

Chloe stood there and replayed the last few minutes in her head. She put her eyeliner down and walked out of the bathroom. Her arms folded across her chest as she saw Beca searching through her bag.

"Your toothbrush is already in the bathroom" Chloe said.

"Thanks" Beca said and went to walk by Chloe, but felt her arm being held back. "What?"

"What is your issue?"

"I'm not a morning person-"

"No, you're not" Chloe laughed. "But you're being alot more bitchier this particular morning"

"I'm fine-'

"You're not," Chloe sighed. "Is it because of Design-"

"No," Beca firmly stated. "You know I am happy for you-"

"Then what is the issue?!" Chloe asked and watched Beca lick her lips again.

"What do you think?" Beca asked and slipped from Chloe's grip to go into the bathroom.

Chloe followed her quickly back into the bathroom. She wondered why Beca kept licking her lips. It didn't make sense to her.

"You need chapstick?" Chloe asked.

"Why?" Beca asked as she started to put the toothpaste onto the toothbrush.

"You keep licking your lips" Chloe walked to the counter and pawed through her makeup bag; seeing where she left off.

"Hm" Beca shrugged and began to brush her teeth.

Chloe replayed the morning again. She did her usual routine by changing their alarm so Beca would sleep a bit later then her, taking a shower, getting dressed, telling Beca good morning, giving Beca a kiss-
