Chapter 13 It hurts

(Star) when Justin came back he had pizza I was hungry but it hurt to much to move, Justin got in the bed next to me and set the pizza on my lap but I didn't touch it
Justin: c'mon babygirl you gotta eat
Star: I can't it hurts
He got up and came to my side of the bed and got behind me to where my back was on his chest he took the pizza and ripped it into small bites and brought it to my lips
Justin: open
I did what he told me and when I was done we watched a movie then, the front door opened

Star: it's Matt my stepdad he can't see me like this

I got up and slowly put on some sweatpants and a sweater then started to push Justin towards the door
Star: you have to go
Justin: I'm not leaving you here your coming with me
Star: I can't move, I won't get out of this place with him right downstairs he'll catch me
Justin: ill carry you we can go out the back

He came to me, picked me up and started slowly down the stairs I heard mom and Matt arguing again and put my head into Justin's chest when we made it to his house his mm came running to us with her hands in the air which made me hide even more with the thought that she was going to hit me like Matt and mom
Justin: it's ok star she won't hurt you
Pattie: what happen to her
Justin: I'll tell you later mom I'm putting her to bed
Pattie: ok sweety
He took me to his room and helped me take off my sweater and sweatpants I could see all my bruises when my tank top lifted a little and it made me cringe Justin kissed my head and pulled the covers over me he said good night and walked out the door then I slowly fell into a deep sleep..
