                                              "You can't help that you're mute?" The doctor asked.
                          Tyler nodded. 
                          The doctor looked back at Josh; angered.

                          "This doesn't show improvement!" 
                          "I'm sorry ma'am." He said. "I can't try to help him but-"
                          "There's no way I'm gonna let this slide!"
                          "Please-"
                          "Out! Both of you!" 
                          Josh quickly took Tyler and they both left the meeting room.
