Well stfu cuz I'm gonna be writing down some lore to explain everything talked about in the chapters.
Chapter one
Aedyn: Someone fishy!
An Explorer from the opposite side of the world. He's a mage and practitioner of blue magic that was 'supposedly' here to nab a sacred amulet from the ancient ruins near the center of the Odera.
He gets the levywin blade and some water/fire magic, but besides his spells he's pretty much useless in a fight.
Berserker: Best class!
A mysterious tribe of warriors originating from the far north. People with the berserker class have a berserk form and what the form is based off is dictated right before becoming a Berserker. In the case of Eirwol, he can take the form of a wolf, although he hasn't much control of and sometimes can't remember anything in the berserk form.
Their shapes and abilities are fueled by the void and Berserkers are often feared or shunned from most towns or cities as they will sometimes automatically go into their berserk form when they get angry, which should be obvious?
Most berserkers have two different forms, a nimble form
Daemon: Getting spicy!
Evil spirits that have invaded the world through the use of 'void' portals. They can some in many different shapes, often imitating whatever they're closest too. Daemons can be easily recognized by their ridiculous size, flame designs on their sides, a mysterious dark aura, and an insatiable desire to cause misery and mayhem.
Eirwol: It me!
Traveling mercenary taking whatever jobs he can get. A berserker and can use the phrase 'fuck you' to shoot fireballs.
Not really much else is know or I care to talk about.
Void: The great devourer!
A strange entity from space? Named the 'Void' as no one can tell how to actually fight it, and it lives on consuming everything in sight, especially the negative emotions of people, but no one knows why.
So to begin, the story is based of a warrior one trained to go into barbaric rages (kinda like the hulk but less green and less mentally active besides the whole "kill" thing) and the only thing to stop the rage is to hit them in a specific spot. In the case of this book the weak point of the berserker being followed is his... empty space?..... a weird void part of his body (explained later ;() so he's been killing a shit ton of things for a while now... anyway the book takes place from the viewpoint and narration of that guy... plus character pictures.... so yeah...
Soooooo I guess here I write the bios of the main characters?
Eirwol (yeah I know it's like the best name)
The berserker and main character in the story has bad long term memory loss and can channel his rage into fire magic.
Aedyn (op as fuck)
A traveling mage people know little about and rumor has that he came from another world, has great magic and sword skills but is the easiest to tire and wants to just eat and sleep all day. Can pull water from the air (which is a rare technique?) and has a water familiar named levi.
Elyise (ok I'm sorry this name is looks just fuckin' weird... pronounced Elise)
A practiced hunter and magi archer. Came from a royal family but then fell out during a pirate attack and raised by several deer (yes deer, sorry it's not something cooler like a lion or wolf or something) has a great abaility with hunting, trading and sometimes being a tsundere but who gives a fuck about that? From being raised out in the wild she has a great ability with controlling nature and making potions and salves and shit. Her last name is fiur
Hel/Yin (bipolar to the MAX)
A wHiTE maGe SomE HoW InFUSed wiTH ThE SoUl aNOTher aT BIRth
Originating from the same land as Aedyn and even learning magic at the same place, she went for white magic though instead of black. She was originally named Hel, but after a lot of teasing she started to call herself Yin, she stays as her Yin side most of the time every now and then she becomes something else... Being a white mage she has the ability to heal and control light, as well as dark, plus she like sings, which gives like boosts and crap. (Gotta get dat BOOST)
