Before I passed out from a lack of fucking oxygen, the leviathan resurfaced near an isolated air-pocket with a rather large skull-shaped gate with some torches lit around it for atmosphere.
"Sexy." I muttered under my breath and laughed to myself.
"Gross." Elyise had apparently leaned closer to me so she could say that right in my ear.
"What? He's right the torches do set the mood." Aedyn responded as he somehow heard The Whole thing.
"Wait, how the hell did you know what I was thinking!?!" I loudly questioned and pushed him forward.
"If there's lit torches-." "'Lit'." Aedyn quickly interrupted Elyise as he just realized the word we were using.
"DID YOU SAY HAMILTON!!!" Elyise shouted that really loudly, for I reason not even I can explain.
"I thought-." "You thot." Aedyn interrupted me this time.
"I thought I told you to shut up, MaGiCiAn."
"Oww." Was Aedyns response to my bitter words.
"I thought you said to be quite." I turned to say to Elyise.
"Yeah but man," she pulled back for breath and yelled. "HAMILTON IS LIT!!!"
"I DON'T EVEN GET THE REFERENCE YOU ARE TRYING TO MAKE!!!" I yelled back and the cavern started shaking.
Ayden made some sort of gesture and the leviathan started moving faster to the skull gate.
"Oh yeah, sorry it's some play," Elyise turned her head to say. "You wouldn't understand."
"Oof," Aedyn piped up for a bit and said. "Bitch much?"
"Asshole munch?" Elyise replied.
The leviathan swam faster as the cave began to shake, eventually leading to some rocks falling and blocking the path behind us.
"Yeah this is why I said to be quite." Elyise spoke and pointed to the still falling falling rocks behind us.
"Lit." I turned to her and said softly with the sarcastic energy just flowing from me.
"Jerk." She responded again.
Finally some land was seen outside the tunnel as we saw an abandoned underground settlement rising from the dark waters.
"This might be a good place to dock." Aedyn muttered to himself and pointed the leviathan in the direction of a low-placed dock.
"Can you stop referring to Levi as the leviathan?" Aedyn quickly turned to me and said
WAIT WHAT THE FUCK!?!? YOURE BREAKING THE FOURTH WALL!!!
"Whatever I already told you her name, just stop saying "the leviathan" please." Aedyn said again; I have no clue how though.
Fine, whatever, just stop using whatever fucking magic that is.
"Gooda"
"Levi" followed the command and docked at the dock and somehow raised the water level so we could jump off.
"Ladies first." I got up and held my hand out for Elyise.
"HA! That should go to Aedyn." She laughed and spun me towards Aedyn.
"Ehhh.... getting on and off something in the water always scared me." He then got up and tried to hop onto the dock.
"Well I guess you're fine then."
I hopped off a little bit after Elyise did and then Aedyn reached his right hand into the water, where Levi leaped up then shrunk onto Aedyns chain, which made his chain glow a soft blue.
"Oh shit so that's why you have a chain on your wrist still?" I asked.
"Yeah," he responded holding up the chain so I could see it better. "That and the fact that it can help me with some spells, like what happened with the shock collar."
"Kinky!" Elyise said with her hands in front of her mouth to form a megaphone.
"Oh shut up!" Aedyn and I said in unison.
"What?" She looked honestly flabbergasted. "I'm just saying that sounds like some sexy times."
"Eww." "Gross." Aedyn and I answered at the same time.
"Anyway we should start exploring this town thing." Aedyn said and started to march off.
"Agreed." Elyise said and started to follow him.
"Are you sure we'll find and exit just by wandering around?" I said as I began following too.
Aedyn was walking up some stairs but then turned to me and said. "Of course! It's a universal law isn't it?"
"What drugs are you on and can I have some?" Elyise asked.
"Joy, but anyway, we should split up to cover more ground." He said and pointed to the right. "Elyise you go that way and Eirwol you go the opposite direction."
"Ight!" Elyise cheered and walked towards a random building.
"Ok...then... I guess that isn't a completely terrible idea."
